Nautanki Telefilms' Madhubala ' Ek Ishq Ek Junoon (Colors) saw the birth of the nanhi pari Madhubala in yesterday's (4 June 2012) episode. And now the story will take 20 years leap with which will mark the entry of main protagonist in the show Madhubala, played by Drashti Dhami.

We hear that the story post leap will open up wherein Madhubala is shown as a simple girl next door who has a very ordinary lifestyle. She will be seen travelling in local trains, buying vegetables and groceries for livelihood, working in a beauty parlor etc.

To provide a feel good factor, the unit recently shot at the Goregaon station's over bridge where Drashti was seen shooting a realistic sequence. To begin with, the character of RK, played by Vivian Dsena will not be shown. Mukund (Manish Naggdev) and Madhubala will be shown as good pals and will be seen hanging out a lot.

When contacted, Drashti confirmed that her entry in the show will happen soon, but asked us to call later.

Madhubala ' Ek Ishq Ek Junoon will be taking the 20 year leap in this Thursday's (7 June 2012) episode.
