take the ID which you would like to add - go to dashbord on the right side top of the page - click on the friends - there member name will appear down to that paste the ID name the box -then add to buddy list... see the below example. hope this will clear for you...

just click on buddy and then all done>> add 2 fav>wait until they accept u as uor frand..! thank u..!😊
