why Mahi?

dont understand one thing, if Ipshita is still legally Mahi and Shabad's daughter (they still havnt signed any adoption papers and they have the proof as birth certificate) then why all this drama of kidnapping and running away from their own home???? why dont they go to police or appeal in court or hire a lawyer etc? the law will defo help them even if they temporally gave their daugher to soni. so then why is mahi doing all this when she can get help from court.
the whole serial plot being shown right now is pointless.
looks like in the end mahi will once again give ipshita bk to soni!!

But one thing is true, Khuranas have money and money talks, they can buy lawyers, police, even the judge. Shahi are poor now they cant pay lawyers and police to help them. Thats true in all countries, not just India.

Yah, i don't understand what's going on either, they are just dragging on, like what was the significance of showing the little girl getting food? They are just filling in random things in between! Its just stupid that Jeet is so obsessed with getting Ipshita back saying that he will give back happiness to Soni, HELLO? She can't take someone else's happiness, its not her baby! Seriously, why do they call this kidnapping, shouldn't the Khuranas be getting introuble for keeping Ipshita captive? I mean legally its not their baby!😡

Khurana family doesn't deserve any sympthy, i don't know why andf what creatives r want to show. only their basless thinking towards the end of the serial. The right persons r running to escape and the wrong ones r wondering freely without any fear...so wrong and rubbish they r showing!😡

mahi has been the bravest girl eversince this serial started. she always took the steps correctly and very wisely. then why now she is behaving like this. she has a proof to claim her own daughter bk then why the whole idea of kidnapping? tht doesnt make a sense. and on top leave their home and city too?? and shabad runing in jungle as if he has commited a dreadful crime!
really where is mahi's good old brain??? and those certificates???
