and here is the explanation only if it penetrates ur brain (if there is one!!).

the relationship with kamwali buy is a give and take one.. you pay her for her work and so you demand the completion of work with perfection..

the same relationship does not exist with wife.. there perfection is not demanded but worked towards it jointly with love and affection and understanding of mutual difficulties..

the role with wife is complementary.. if she fails.. husband is there to help.. they together accomplish a work..

this sense of togetherness, joint working and shared responsbility was missing from you/your doneky man and that is why his behaviour towards Sapna is compared with behaviour towards a kamwali bai..

you would fail to appreciate it.. because i know how majority of house wives are treated in slums.. so no issue.. I understand..
