So sorry babe for not commenting - on the other hand my not commenting probably saved you a lot of ranting and raving from my side - you have keeping the suspense going down to an art form - The CVs should seriously hire you. 😃 I loved it all - how Prithvi got the guts to confess and how he did it. How Damini took it and the best part that I liked Ila knowing and appreciating her damad. How I wish it had been this way instead of that trite incident with indoo showing up at the press conference and telling everyone. A more mundane scene I have yet to see. This however was great. Loved it and waiting for more.

Part 12

Ila very patiently heard her daughter's outburst,very calmly trying to comfort her daughter. Damnee too was now slowly trying to control her anger & finally she calmed down a bit,tears still shedding down her eyes. She now faced her mom & helplessly looked at her, her(Damnee's) eyes pleading to get the answers & forehead creased with tension! Ila finally spoke' Yes Damnee, it is true that I know all this, Prithvi told me all this just Yesterday.' Damnee was about to protest but Ila cont. ' You know Damnee till date I've not been able to forgive my self as I still hold myself responsible for Saxenaji's death, afterall,one wrong statement of mine completely changed the life of his family. I too was mad at them for choosing the wrong path. But then try to understand their conditions too, their dad died ,their mom's in the I C U !! What could they do,everything was suddenly lost for them & then what wrong has Pri done to you!! Rather on the other hand he saved your life! Varun's always been a good employee & Sameer though did wrong with Avani but today he's her support!! We have carefreely left her under his care & he too has been doing just that! Isn't Avani happy with him today! See I know its difficult for you to digest all this but just think if he really wanted to hurt us , he could have done anything. Its not easy to confess things Damnee,its your faith in him that gave Pri to say it all!! He genuinely is guilty & he genuinely spoke it all to you. Each & every word of his is true I can say that because I've seen this world & its people,he's innocent ,give him a chance for my sake' Ila finished looking back at her daughter.' Take your time , I will not force you'. Damnee now sat her mind reflecting over what she heard today from Pri as well as her mom while Ila thought it best to leave her in the room so that she could think over it all,giving a last re-assuring gesture Ila left the room.
