As soon as Rajveer, Koel and Naina exited the canteen, Koel stopped and stood in front of them.
"OK look, we all know that I don't want to be shown KMA with YOU TWO, at least I know I don't... and it's too darn obvious that you two want to be alone, so I'll grant you this wish." she told them.
Naina and Rajveer exchanged glances and were about to speak when Koel interrupted them.
"BUT, under one condition..." she said with a mischievous smile and glint in her eyes. It was very unlike the Koel Rajveer knew; he had rarely seen her like this. One thing was for sure though, he was enjoying this new brighter side of his little sister, both for her and his own wellbeing.

"Sir, I hope you don't mind me asking, but shouldn't you be preparing for your classes tomorrow morning and the session at the afternoon?" Nandini asked as they sat at the canteen, tasting the samples of the wonderful shrimp toast Suriji and Pooja had made [I just helped my mom make these lol... she wants me to start learning cooking since I'm turning 15, and that is sooooo weird!]. "Mmm this is so good... I wish we had this when we were cadets!"
"Puttar, it wasn't made during your generation and it's not going to be made for any other generations either! If future soldiers eat these more than once, you can forget all about even stepping foot on a war-field!" Suriji scolded, handing out more samples nonetheless.
"Suriji is absolutely right!" Major Samar commented, taking some more himself. Abhimanyu and Nandini raised an eyebrow at him, but he ignored it. "And Nandini, do you really think I would leave my work till the last moment? If I did, Ahluwalia Shekhawat wouldn't make work their primary priority, would they?" he asked, referring to Naveen and Rajveer, who had been greatly influenced by Major Samar during their academy days.
"So you've prepared for tomorrow..." Nandini said nervously.
"Virani, I know you want to know about the case, but I also know how well you know that for a lawyer, discussing his case outside court with someone not involved would be unethical."
"But Sir-"
"No buts Virani." he said in an authoratative voice, closing the topic.

"Where is she?!" Rajveer asked himself frustratedly. He checked his watch once again, and stood up from his couch to pace around the living room of his small KMA quarters. He opened the door and came outside, looking for her in all directions. Walking down the hallways, he headed towards the girls' hostel.
"Good evening Sir!" the guard saluted him, and he barely nodded in acknowledgment.
"Is N - Cadet Koel inside?" he asked. The guard shook his head, and Rajveer turned around, annoyed. All he wanted was to spend some time, ALONE, with her. Was that too much to ask? And where was that Koel? She had said it would only take a five minutes, but twenty minutes had passed already!
"Looking for someone?" Her cheeky voice floated towards him from behind. Rajveer closed his eyes, calming himself as he inwardly promised to make his sister regret taking Naina away in every way possible. He turned around, and forgot that he was even irritated at all.
Koel stood in front of him, Naina beside her supportingly with a wide smile. Koel was for once, looking like a girl. A pretty, innocent, bright girl. The shaded blue and black salwar kameez would've looked quite lame or straight out ugly on anyone else, but it seemed to make Koel's presence brighter and brought out her inner side. Her hair let down instead of being pulled back into a tight ponytail gelled perfectly well with her whole image.
"I thought since I'm going to have the best welcoming party at KMA ever, I should look the part too..." she said with a blush, something not many people had seen on her. Rajveer wondered where this Koel was all these years. He went over and hugged her tightly.
"You look like an angel - oh sorry, I mean a devil in disguise!" he said, placing a soft kiss on her forehead. "Are you sure you don't want a grand tour of KMA with me and my best cadet?"
"I'd rather not." she said flatly. She left, and Rajveer took a step forward when he was sure she was gone.
"You know, I have to thank you for helping her so much..." he said quietly, taking Naina's wrist and moving away from the guard's view.
"Oh no, not at all! It was my pleasure..." she said, and for a moment Rajveer thought she really didn't understand him, but his suspicions were clear soon. "No need to thank me..." she said as she looked up at him. He took her other wrist and entwined their hands, stepping closer.
"Are you sure about that? You don't have to be so modest all the time Naina..." he told her. It was time to pick up from where they had left off in the midst of the jungle arresting Gehlot and keeping away from the poison.

"Done!" Huda said with satisfaction. He thumped Yudi on the back happily, making him choke on the shrimp toast. He started coughing violently when Dr. Shalini, who had just entered the canteen ran to him and performed the procedure to stop his choking. She sighed in relief when he stopped.
"Cadet Huda, be careful of what you do!" she said in an irritated tone. Huda merely raised an eyebrow as if amused. "Cadet Yudi, are you OK? Drink some water..." she handed him some water, rubbing his back soothingly.
Yudi nodded and gulped down as much water as he could, making sure that when he coughed, he was facing Huda. When Dr. Shalini went away, he was about to explode on Huda, but Huda stopped him.
"Before you say anything, you should thank me. If it hadn't been for me, Mother India wouldn't have gotten a chance to save your life, rub your back or hand you water..." he smirked and went off to annoy Ali, leaving a speechless Yudi behind.
Precap - "I have such a proof that no one can deny, that will prove Lalaji as the head, the 'Boss' you might say, of this cult." says Major Samar.
"Finally!" Abhimanyu whispers excitedly.
