A perfect teenager, wanting revenge for her brother, but is kacchha in her plans and tracks. So she tends to easily believe everyone and easily forget too. That doesn't mean she is mean, she is just doing her duty towards her bro, which she gives priority over anything and everything.

Okay... guys, don't get toooooo wrapped up about Naina's character. Just play it cool. We all agree with out even pointy one percent doubt, that the character is framed well.
