Bc asks raj to make his engagement to ritu officially so as to go clean in frnt of enquiry if set up and save the academy.
There everyone is ready for partying raj ritu's engagement. And here their mid term exams are announced.
Naina asks raj not to get engaged with ritu after knowing abt her. He assures her of the same. Naina confesses abt wht she told ritu tht she loves raj in an anger mood. Raj is left silent thinking.

Pooja says sorry to alekh and he also returns. Pooja and Ali along with udi and alekh eat laddoos of Huda's mom. Then alekh also feeds Huda taking his mom's name. Huda also says sorry to alekh and there is peace all over. These all people talk abt party – an engagement party of ritu and raj though officially not announced and decide to have party on their own.
Bc comes in search of raj and asks them abt raj, they say tht they didn't saw him. Bc asks them to ask raj to meet him. They all agree.
Raj is in a room punching bag and remembering moments with ritu and all the incidents which are involving her with navin and naina's words of raj being with her. He gets a call frm Bc.
Bc tells raj tht he want to save academy and whtever there was spoken abt him and naina was false rumor and he wants to believe tht. He says tht he doesn't hold interest in anyone's personal life bt if there is question of saving academy from enquiry then he has to say this. He further says tht he doesn't know the truth of relationship bet raj and ritu bt now he is asking him to announce his engagement with ritu formally. If the enquiry finds this academy guilty in any case then he may not save the posting of raj. And asks raj to understand the entire issue. Raj nods.
There all cadets announce party and are collecting funds while suriji comes and announces their midterm exams – three practical and three theories. And warns them of failing.
There everyone is gathering funds and pooja asks naina to contribute for this. Naina is shocked to hear all this and goes. Huda wonders if anything is wrong bt alekh warns him again.
Naina goes to raj and asks him whether he is getting engaged with ritu. Raj doesn't answer her bt she goes on saying tht he cant get engage to ritu after knowing abt her in connection with navin. She goes on further sayin g tht she confronted ritu of detention centre bt she denied. Raj says tht enemy wont give in easily. And she has done enough for him to which naina says tht maybe she has a reason. And the woman who could nt love navin, how can she love raj? Raj has no answer.
There huda is searching notes for study and is asking help from everyone including alekh and ali bt in vain.
Raj gives word to naina tht he won't get engaged to ritu and naina thnks him. And confesses in frnt of him tht she was so angry tht she told ritu tht she loves him. And says tht for a moment she thought she has lost him. Raj's silent mind says tht she will never lose him.
Naina excuses herself for studying midterm exams and raj is left alone silent and thinking.
