In one of the episodes they showed in flashback that trisha told vivan now she likes someone else not interested in him. I don't understand they changed whole plot.

Yeah bcos now they expect us to have Sympathy for Trisha who 'ran' away(Probably) and now she's trapped, her 'dreams'/plans are shattered..so they are showing her character in some positive light as she remembers her 'brothers' during Bhaii Dooj ..
