Remember when Trisha was first introduced, we just saw her profile, she was smoking, dressed in leather & next to a bike - how come the sudden change? Do you think she is putting up a hippie act so that the Joshi's feel she didn't get enough while growing up? Do you think she will use this to manipulate them into giving her more than her fair share in the property?

no i dont think she is putting up an act. in fact she wanted to smoke as soon as she landed in the joshi's house but was stopped by vasu since shubha has asthama.

I managed to watch today's episode, and I have mixed "reviews". A positive Karan has returned, as has an ever-smiling Pooja. Both of them are so cute together, and Pooja blushes numerous times like a newly-wed bride. Geeti's sudden arrest shocked me, as I never knew Randhawa would arrange for her arrest so soon!

• Is Karan pretending to be nice?
• Will Nanda be able to have Geeti bailed out of jail?

-pooja IS like a newly wed. becuz i think her marriage started only now in the true sense. earlier she has only faced abuse from karan. so now that her husband is more loving she is happier. but i think karan is only pretending...remember that envelope he didnt want pooja to see?
-i dont think geeti will be bailed so easily. afterall she has been arrested for murder.
-i personally didnt like pooja's look much...she looked kinda plump. she has looked better before despite simple clothes.
-surely it will be a battle of classes b/w the shindes and randhawas. the middle class police officers understand the plight of the shindes and have been quiet nice so far.

I'm so sorry about leaving this thread blank for the past few days, I had a ton of projects to do, with my usual math homework and tests to study for. School, I'm afraid, is officially back. I finished up all of my projects today in class, and my math homework was pretty easy today, so I was free to watch today's episode.

It seems Karan has shown his true colours. How could Ma Ji be so silly to trust Karan? Her mentality doesn't make any sense to me. She wants her daughter to suffer by living with the same man who de-famed her family and attempted to throw her out of the house? Who knows what Karan is planning to do now that he has agreed to let Ma Ji and Pooja stay in the house... Make them his servants? This reminds me a lot of a track of Saat Phere, where someone had the house transfered to his name, and made the family-members work and stay in the house as servants.

Karan's character is disgusting. Why didn't Pooja just slap Karan? Though she didn't really do much and cried most of the time today, I commend her for standing up to Karan and yelling her lungs out at him in the previous episodes.

I think that Randhawa paid Shivam's lawyer of something, you know what kind of a man he is.

I'm pretty clueless on property and how all of this stuff works, but couldn't Pooja just rip up the papers, so the house would be nor Karan's nor Ma Ji's? Couldn't she just break her bangles, pull off her mangalsutra, wipe up her sindoor, shed all of the signs of her being married and move out with Ma Ji and get away from Karan? Couldn't she just leave with Ma Ji and go far far away from Karan, in the peaks of the night while he's asleep? If not divorce him, she could just seperate from Karan right?

I have said this many times before, but I love Trisha. She's a breath of fresh air in the show, and is one of the main youth-ish characters in the show. Though most of the characters in this show are very modern, [clothing and mentality wise] Trisha really adds flavor to the show, and spices things up a bit.

She fakes being drunk, but why? To make the Joshi family hate her? Was she drunk this time too? Will Trisha do anything out of anger? Will Geetika "survive" through her time in jail? Will Pooja tell Karan off, and get seperated and move out with Ma Ji? Will she establish her own living, get a job, make a steady income, and support herself and her mom?

I hope this covers for a week's worth of what I haven't posted. When I get started, I just go on, and on, and on, like now.

didnt see this thread for a while. anyways im posting from another thread. frankly in pooja's place i wud have given up the house for my self esteem. pooja is educated and if she tries hard enuf she can get a job. instead of living with karan just so that she doesnt have bear the stigma of being a divorcee its better to divorce him and get her mom to stay with her. her sister is anyways married and pooja divorcing karan wouldnt have any bearing on her prospects. she can keep fighting the case on property side by side. if she wins then great otherwise let it go.
as for geeti's older lawyer its quiet possible he was bought off. or he was simply too inexperienced in comparision the public prosecuter. anyways pathare seems like the right choice to me. not only is he experienced but he also has some old wounds that have been re-opened so he is more motivated.

-The thought has entered my mind...what Geeti's family is going thru wud have actually made Jassi happy. Though he didnt succeed in his original motives but the consequences of his death has been worse. Geeti's family has been under great pressure financial and mental. Her poor parents are in such a desperate condition.

Will Pooja get back at Karan after all he has done to her?
-I hope instead of getting back of him she simply leaves and divorces him. She can support her mother herself instead of being treated like a slave and mentally tortured by karan.

Will Geetika escape from jail with the help of her cell-mate?
-I hope not...she is already in big trouble cuz she didnt listen to her mom. I hope she has got sense now.

Will Trisha continue to annoy the Joshi family?
-Yes

Will Shubha decide to throw Trisha out of the house?
-No

-Yes...she is already on her path to realization.

Will Geeti's current state cause the family to slowly break apart? No I don't think so, they are too strong a family - yes they will have their differences but that will only make their bond as a family stronger.

Will Geetika escape from jail with the help of her cell-mate? I really hope not, I think she has learnt from the Jassi incident not to take any "wrong" path in life.

Will Trisha continue to annoy the Joshi family?For a while, yes. She might become nice to Vinny but no one else, for now.
