hello alex and all LTLians nice to see remaining visitors and regulars...there will never be another LTL in my life I don't think, I cannot get over that show nor what they did to it in the end ...it still upsets me when i think what happened after MR left.. for 4 yrs he and his fans have been waiting to see him act again , this serial will probably not be anywhere near LTL , but if it's the best MR could find to come back it's good enough for me to give it a fair chance, and will watch unless it becomes unbearable and i am not a silly fangirl of his i have said it many times i never gush about his looks or physique they never were a factor for me to watch his work.. nice post always nice to interact with you, will keep visiting this forum for all friends still here.😃🤗 see u around hopefully ...

hi dearest ..I wasn't a part of LTZl forum but always a crazy fan of show and Datta too..
LTL was LTL
I have only one show in my memory which I enjoyed with so much passion ..
mishal as Datta was lion..
I miss it..hope he will get such lion type of role agsunn.
rest for IKRS ..I will say it should get better TRP coz timeslot is horrible ...I don't want to count flaws of character but MR is doing it with do much heart ...so I go there ..otherwise ..in each scene I try to find out how Datta was ...
I just want say that
vakt ke Jo panne palat gaye WO vapas nahi ate..kuch yadien he Jo dil me ghar bana jati hai..kabhi hasati to kabhi rulati hai ..

So many beautiful responses. I know most are still here. What a great feeling this sunny afternoon ringing in the fall in my neck of the woods.

I don't know if there is such a thing as "putting one out of their misery", Is there gals? Forgive me if I want to say forget and let go but my love and affection for all of you will always be there regardless. Luv and Hugs. Alex

@.scorpio10 - This font is as close as I could come to yellow to make it feel so warm and inviting for you today.

Priya, You know I luv you right. Dearest one, You are genuine in what you always say this I know. If you can bare you feelings so honestly on an open forum each and every time then you must know that there are those who will truly care for you even if they are few. Cheer up my friend, someone else is looking down on you to do just that.
Luv and Hugs, Alex

Hello Alex.
Nice post and comments by all.

I watched LTL in a hurry. I stopped after Datta rejected Nakku after seeing her beauty. It is not that I lost interest..but because I started watching IKRS. And I have no much time left..also I am facing web problems.

For me..as a non Indian viewer who don't understand much of the talking. I found the pase of LTL slow. Locations remain the same for long time..I love it when the shoot outdoors. I love Datta, Nakku and Bhaji..but can't stand the others. You may think I am a fool. But this is because I am just an eye viewer..who doesn't understand what is going on screen most of times.😆

I enjoy watching IKRS..although lead actress is still learning..unlike Mahi who matched really very well with Mishal's super acting. But I still like Eisha Singh for her innocent beauty.

Mishal is doing gr8 job..he looks very young. And with the likes of Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman still playing lover boys roles..I find MR more acceptable.

The concept of IKRS is powerful..locations are eye catching with many outdoors shooting..actors are good..characters are relateable..pase is fast ..for an eye viewer like me ..I can understand situations..reading Hammie's critical posts really helps. Also written updates are useful.

No offence to any of LTL1 fans. I am just a stupid viewer ..maybe beacause the difference in cultures..but I find Viplav's character interesting too. Datta is epic ..larger than life..A don whom I prefer to stay away from..unforgetting and forgiving lover, which break my heart to watch..but Viplav is a boy next door whom I can relate too. He makes me smile without even understanding why.😆

@awida - A warm welcome Awida,

Thank you too for your honest and straightforward input and especially because your post shows that the LTL1 forum is still alive to some degree more than 4 years later. Please don't mind my lengthy post to your own personal view on both shows. The understanding on the LTL1 forum was always "we agree to disagree" and that is one of the principles that kept the forum clean and loving for all its' members.

To have understood LTL1 one had to be in its' live episode discussion to see and critique while the episode was still fresh in one's mind. Most of the members related to LTL1 because there were some qualities that each and every one during the live daily threads either loved about or could relate to in their specific lives. By critiquing, I mean critiquing in the true sense of the word. Sometimes a systematic analysis, sometimes a fair and reasonable review of the strength and weakness, sometimes words of caution, praise, doubt, recommendations for a more thorough research by the writers for the reasons why a specific track is being introduced or already started and a lot of times just hilarious threads to make a viewer smile for that moment or to make the rest of the day or week a more enjoyable one.

Sure enough there were those slow days and weeks but it was understood that there was a more interesting show "IPL" for most viewers to watch for about 3 to 3 and a half months if I remember correctly which added to the its slow pace. Then there were 2 different seasons to add to the most lovable time period the viewer wanted to experience the fullest. The 1st was very enjoyable during the intense rainy season although hot and humid but the 2nd was dry parched season the viewer was subjected to because of the time-frame and the hastiness of rushing the show on for reasons some of the viewers knew to be true and the rest were left to their make their own assumption because of written articles and video releases to convey for and against the rumors.

I am sure IKRS has some of the same and I can appreciate you having loving feelings the show gives you on viewing the live show, reading and posting threads and as well as the pleasure it gives you to post threads.

Initially, I was intrigued by the concept although I knew that in a daily serial a lot of added drama needed to be included to keep the viewer entertained for however long each side, the production house and the channel wanted it or expected the show to run live. From reading Hammie's daily review I can infer that more of the drama and not much of the concept is being shown. It is only Hammie's interpretation of what each scene means that makes sense of what the episode is about.
The concept I envisioned initially was one of marriage and re-marriage in every age group and religious sect not just widows but the concept that most in any culture or race not just India but the "more advanced view point of most of the Western World as well" have about their own views on acceptance, a time for one's own introspection, disapproval, denial or disagreement.
I mentioned one time to hamlet53 that it seems some-one else had posted a similar understanding of the concept on the IKRS forum as well. If I can recollect it was someone by the username of tvbug2011 around August 17th..
Thank you once again for checking in on the Laagi forum, your post really does add to keeping the forum alive and "kicking". Hugs, Alex

Thank you very much Alex for replying .😃

I know now that I missed watching LTL with you. Discussing it in forum..time can't return back..It is my bad luck that I have to watch it now. But I am happy that I did. Coz it is a very special experience.😊 Sometimes while watching it it gives me a feeling that I am reading a novel. Isn't it strange that it still has its magic and effect even after those many yrs?😲
IKRS is a new show. It looks promissing. If it acheives even 1/10 of the success of LTL it will be good in these times in which daily soaps became very illogical and commercial.
