Buzz is that there is trouble in television couple Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij's marriage. Apparently, there are compatibility issues between the two, while Mahhi's possessive behaviour is also counted as one of the main reasons. Says a source, "Both are to be blamed for the trouble. While Jay doesn't give enough time to Mahhi, she doesn't give him any space. Their fight once escalated to such a level that they even sent each other divorce papers. But they keep getting back together."
The two were last seen together in Nach Baliye Season 5, which they also won. The couple had tied the knot, secretly, in November, 2011. They admitted to it only a year later.
While Jay remained unavailable for comment, Mahhi refutes the news, "It's not true. In fact, we are going to Goa tomorrow and have a Chicago trip planned for the New Years. We even had a family dinner last evening. Which relationship doesn't have issues? Every couple has small tiffs and that's about it."
