LTL Written Update
Episode~ 102

Episode picks up from the point where the family of four are kicked out from PN, but hang about near the gates, especially Naku. Sudarshan defiantly goes to her gun poised at her and barks at her menacingly.. " hey witch! what are you staring at? I am not Kala Tai, won't take me long to put six bullets in your head! Babi screams, no don't we're leaving! and the family much frightened go past the main gates of PN. Sudarshan watches them leave and commands the gates to be shut and then orders the BG's , if these people are seen here again, just shoot them!.
Out on the road, Ganpat chivvies his family along, better run fast, hurry up! the people in this house are all crazy! we begged them but no one listened.. they are mad! they pull out a gun at everything! and if that devil Dutta wakes up ,he'll kill all of us! so hurry up! lets run.. he says in panic. Naku stands still, babba, Aye I won't be going anywhere! whether they accept or not, Saab has married me.. Ganpat yells at her , ok go then! hey! if you don't care about your life! at least let us live! don't you understand! you have messed with such a powerful man! you'll love Dutta Bhau! I'll slap you! shouts Ganpat. He looks around and says, all around I can only see death! come! but Naku says, babaa .. you both go and take Sethji with you as well, for my sake if you get into trouble, that I will not bear, but I can't leave Saab either! Ganpat slaps her across the face, shut up! one more sound out of your throat and I'll slash it open! I'll kill you before Dutta Bhau ! so without another word! move from here! Babi screams at him hey! are you her father or a butcher! You strike your daughter ! have you no shame! . an irate Ganpat says, then what else am I supposed to do? you tell me! shall I leave her at her husband's place? you and your daughter don't let me leave in peace even for one moment! one ran off to Dubai! and the other one set up home with a gangster! now rot here! Babi defends, oh be quiet! you're neither here nor there ! inside you said you're daughter's lucky she is Dutta Bhau's wife! and now you got swayed! Bloody drunkard! yells Babi. Ganpat replies, yes I am a drunkard, and what are you and your daughters? one sells herself! and.. Babi screams at him and he yells back you and your daughter can die here , come he says to Sethji ! let's go! Sethji refuses to go ,I want to stay with Tai! and Ganpat drags him and runs ahead , yelling I am going don't call me now!
Babi persuades, come Naku lets go , what will you do in that house? no one there believes you! no one will love you, but Naku says, I am married to Saab, I am not going to let go of him just like that! Babi cries oh god! why are you doing this with me! and my daughter what have I done to you ? you are all stone! I worship you but you don't care! carry on giving me sorrow and just watch the chaos in my life! she cries, come! as she drags her daughter by the arm !
Breakfast table
Aye Sahib sits at the head of the table, she weeps in silence.. Kala and others watch her sad face. Dutta's chair adjacent to his mother is empty.. Kala gets up from her place and occupies Dutta's empty chair... and then assumes the role of the older sensible child.. Aye Sahib, you leave Bhau to all of us, we all are with Bhau , so now eat something! if you don't then we won't eat either, Aye Sahib if we all sit here.. then how can we forget about last night's events, and what ever happened shouldn't stop the pace of our life, Bhau should have no reason to doubt! that yesterday's day really happened in his life... from our sullen faces he should not see that such a huge storm happened yesterday.. were all here for Bhau! she says with great in credibility. Aye says , don't know what will happen when my Dutta will waken from his slumber, how is going to bear this pain? Kala consoles, Aye Sahib, I am with Bhau , I'll support him , and look after him.. I'll give him so much love , that he'll never need anything in his life! and she gives her sisters a tongue in cheek look across the table! Leela does her lines, yes Aye, we three will take on Bhau's every pain and sorrow! Roops adds, ji Aye Sahib you don't stress I'll see to his smallest to biggest needs! Baji smiles as he sees the love that Bhau's sisters have for him . Kala serves her mother breakfast, come now start.. Aye starts to sip her orange drink , and Kala gives Leela an undercover look. Aye after a sip puts her glass down and bids all to start.. they all turn over their plates..and place them the right way.
Dutta emerges on the landing balcony with a loud resounding call Nakusha!... on the road Naku thinks she heard his shout and looks back.. but her mother drags her forward.
Babi consoles her, come Naku , I understand your love , your pain! but what can I do?so forget about love! forget that marriage!which wasn't one! come stop looking back! come Naku and Babi moves her along..
Patil nivas
Aye Sahib looks up in disbelief as slowly Dutta comes down the main stair case. All eyes look upon him in shock.. he walks angrily and stands near the table and yells , will someone tell me! he walks but feels slightly groggy ..the sisters hope his is still drunk!
Like a hungry lion he looks at his family's faces seated at the table! he glares at his mother.. Kala looks at him bemused, wanting him crack up! slowly and threateningly he rasps..where is Nakusha? shaken they all rise to attention from their seats Kala waits.. as Baji begins, Bhau woh ..kala then assumes the role of belling the cat..ummh lion! Will someone tell me! he roars! Kala goes fearlessly to confront him.. quiet he asks, all I want to know is where is Nakusha Kala lies through her teeth ,before all.. Bhau, by crack of dawn she ran away.. Dutta 's face frowns.. Kala continues, and if you ask me it's good that she ran away. On her way out, look what she left behind.. Kala shows him the mangalsutra in her palm.. let it go Bhau whatever happened yesterday , put it in the past, besides you were not in your senses last night.. and Dutta holds the mangalsutra before his face , how she loves to rub salt on his wounds.. Dutta looks at it defiantly, clearly his pride hurt by the insult! Kala delights as she sees him in torment.. slowly reaching boiling point. Dutta looks at the scared mangulsutra.. and has a FB.. of pulling it from His neck and putting it around Naku's.. he pulls it from Kala's fingers and grips it in his palm! let's it dangle before his eyes that stare at it with a scowl.. turns and walks off! all look worried!
Dutta storms off holding the dangling ornament in his fingers than throws it up and grips it in his fist! and walks down the hall and turns right to the exit of house..
On the road
Mother and daughter continue to walk down the road. Naku says Aye! and tries to release her hand from her mother's grip...Aye I won't run away.. why all this happened? how it happened? I don't know. But it's all by Bappa's will! he is the one who made me meet Saab. Saab saved my life, Aye! you are the only one who trusts me, Aye , I have always thought the best for Saa, Bappa knows that. I never asked for anything in return for my love! I never asked Bappa for anything Aye ! and marriage to Saab I could never even imagine.You explain to me Aye , why did I get married to Saab? maybe Bappa wanted it, that I should be with Saab all my life.. I know Aye , Saab is devastated, he is in pain, I want to share all his pain and suffering! if I don't take on his suffering then who will? you tell me? Babi tries to reason with her daughter.. Naku you don't understand, Dutta Bhau hates you! yes I trust you completely! but he thinks, you have betrayed him! lied to him! you are the one who has given him the wound and hurt! That's what he believes, now if you remain before him ,then his wounds will never heal ,my child! Naku cries, I will change his hatred into love, how long will he hate me for? how long? one day I will win his trust! Aye, I'll win his trust, Naku repeats, that's why Bappa got me married to him!.. Babi listens to her daughters pleas..
Sethji runs towards his mother and sister.. Ganpat too follows him and the four reunite on the road. Ganpat smiles at Babi and says sheepishly, I thought where can I go without you ? for you Babi I stopped.. and Babi says, I knew you would turn up eventually! and he smiles, how can I leave you Babi ? hey Naku come lets go!.. and for once listen to your babaa come! and the four take to the road again.. but loud screeches of Dutta's car stops them from walking any further.. the car halts.. the door flings open.. and out comes Dutta, slams the door shut!
He walks slowly around the bonnet of the car.. and like an angry lion he watches this family with a face like thunder!.. Naku looks at his face.. tenderly.. episode ends. Hamlet53 ~ 18.1.14
Precap: how can I let you leave just like this? your game has finished! But my game has not even begun yet!
Really it's like the morning after a catastrophic storm. Damage assessment is being done.. but the crucial person suffering the brunt of damage i.e Dutta is yet to assessed. Kala although has already done the clean up job after the storm.. thrown Naku out of the house.
It is annoying to see Kala being the spokesperson ..always seemingly saying the right words.. manipulative and conniving. It is shocking to see how she twists the fact around Naku's leaving before Dutta .. no one says a single word, to the effect that she lies to Bhau. It's like she rules over the hearts and minds of the occupants of Patil Nivas.
She seems to me, an incurable optimist, she turns every negative situation to suit her self. It annoys me to no end that she thrives in all she does.. evil unfortunately.. such intelligence used , oh! to maim others in their spirit..
But Kala , does not seem as yet to maim Naku's spirits. Naku thrives under suffering. Her best is realized.. and she certainly goes a step higher as she is more about giving happiness to others. For the minute she takes strength from her faith.. her union with Saab she sees as the handiwork of the gods.
Babi tries her level best to dissuade Naku from considering herself to being Dutta Bhau's wife. She even tries to impress upon Naku that she may love Dutta but he despises her.. but Naku is resilient , and harbours a conviction , that one day his hatred towards her will surely change to love..
