excellent afzal...
I was meaning to suggest to you ke main forum pe put this interesting
sawal... it does make you think...
ansoo wipe kerne wala , shows compassion and a certain universality..an empathy..
howerever , if it is done by the person who in the first instance gave the tears... it shows a certain remorse and repentance ... in the hope of being forgiven by the aggreived party...

Interesting question. This can be explored several ways...but my immediate answer would be the person wiping the tears for he/she is doing it stop the tears with nothing expected in return...just being there ...but the answer can depend on how we go about this...are these tears of pain, sadness or joy? ...Now shedding tears for someone can mean the person was also close to the heart hence the tears...and then there is the person who wipes the tears and may give you more reason to cry for seeing that gesture...lol I'm going to stop before i land myself in some confusion 😆 I think answer will vary from person to person and by situation ...hmmm...

I would go for aanshu poochne walamay be we are close to his heart that why he/she wipe our tears because he/she can't see tears in our eyes and aanshu dene wala is close to our heart that why we have tears in our eyes.if he/she is not close to our heart why would we have tears in our eyes but they say aanshu dene wala sa poochne wala achha hota ha

i feel u dont shed tears for strangers, the person has to be close to ur heart to bring tears to ur eyes ... now the person who wipes them off ..well he SHOULD be but may or may not be coz sometimes u may be grieving over the person who brought tears to ur eyes and overlook the one who is wiping them off
so i feel the one who brings tears is close to ur heart but the one who wipes them off should be closer ... we shouldnt ignore or take the one who stands by us for granted ... value what we have have rather than crying over what we dont

Interesting question. .If I had to pick a role for myself i wish i never become a reason to bring tears in anyones eyes. .and regarding importance of that person both can be close to you. .some way or another both can be emotionaly attachd to you. it depends on the situation sometimes the person who made you cry holds a signifiance position in your life.and sometimes the one who wipes them off either is or becomes a person of substance position in your life
