I gues mishal was worried at the excessive skin show on the front pages of a daily which is only to grab eyeballs. But his solution is only a knee jerk reaction without much thought.
I dont understand if the I&B ministry is even monitoriting any violatins of their guidelines. Infact any of us can make a direct complaint to the concerned authorities if we feel aggreived.

@bold..
Precisely bharti.

reminded me of that.. chalo ban the mannequins abhyan of BMC..
what kinda pervert would get provoked looking at a plastic doll?😕..

banning the posting of such pics is not the solution.

Where to put a stop is a difficult question to answer... specially in today's world...even if we control in the real world...what about the VIRTUAL world..????

Banning is counter productive...it makes things more more attractive in a dangerous way...

Educate without burdening with excess info ...the onus lies on the parents and ...yes it is a fine line.

actually we can complain to I and B..
lot many people did complain when suhagraat scene of Bade acche lagte hai was aired. but since sony aired the scenes after 11 pm (exact counting of minutes) which is adult time action couldn't be taken..
when there are rules there are always loopholes..
ours is too big a nation with too many cultures and varying sensibilies that I & B cannot monitor all.😊

well said ivy.
Banning is always counterproductive. education should be the solution.
too much of information out there. negative and positives. real and virtual world.
lets leave it to the parents to guide their children.

i would rather teach my sons in my house to change their mindset than ask the girls on road to change their clothes. my POV.

I can well understand...Though I will not curb other women's freedom to their personal activities/choices...Personally, I and the members (both men and women) in my family dress according to the needs of the environment...THAT IS MY CHOICE...nor would I walk on the city roads late at night if it can be avoided...not being hypocrite just using common sense
