See again, it has to be a certain TYPE of humor...dry, sarcastic humor is NOT a comic role...that's just a character trait...he can easily showcase wit I have no doubt...but I mean PHYSICAL comedy...do you see him doing that? I don't...and I just can't picture him playing the goofy traits of Mohan...just won't fit...😆...unless MR actually bothers to come back onscreen and prove me wrong by doing something diametrically different😆

Oh no. I don't.. I don't think MR can do that. Take for instance your "bhaang explanation" avi of Mohan that we are both sporting at the moment. I do not think MR would be able to do that. He's too regal for that, as you said. His presence, body language and mannerism are too strong for such underhanded silliness. He can't just be loose and goofy. At least in my mind. Unless of course like you said, he comes back and proves us wrong by actually doing it. 😃😆😆

when i think of comedy i remember only good old "dekh bahi dekh" and "sarabhai vs sarabhai"

i would have loved to watch him play the role that vishal palyed in DBD..

in sarabhai's ummm donno all the characters were perfect.

That era is sadly long gone...they don't make classy sitcoms on Indian TV anymore...so based on the current scenario toh it's usually slapstick stuff only unfortunately.
