kesherya, jab iss waqt kuch be decent hai nahin tv per toh top key actor ko kahin bhi dhukka toh nahin dena na? mein ney kafi programmes try kiye to fil the gap of ltl lekin always gave up after a few epis. taht also when people said its brilliant watch. and i'm like is this the kind of rubbish people watch. even i would like to see something worthy of him, but no, i would say MR stay as far away as you can till you find something worthwhile. sorry imo. joote chappals pathar eent jo bhi phenkni hai phenko. but i'd rather wait. mujh mein nakku se bhi zyada patience hai. ther said it.lol.

i never expected a lead to be a don but it was plesant suprise .somebody make a serial on some classic novel 😊i just hope he should never work on serial like bairi piya part 2 .hopes he get good work which he deserve .intezar karo tab tak

loved ur comment rose
aap kuch lekho aur hum na pasand kare ho he nahin sakta .well thought😊

At present no role on air is suitable for Mishal. Need to create some brand new interesting role, in which he can show his all talent! Till then can wait for him.

LOL you picked Mohan's role for Mishal? Why so, Ksh?

I'm watching NBT right now and while I'm a huge fan of MR, I don't think he'd suit this role...he's too larger than life for this role...Mohan's role is of a happy go lucky carefree journalist...a goofball in many ways...I somehow can't picture MR playing that kind of a role...maybe Dutta is still too much of a solidified image in my head when it comes to him.

Mishal for Mohan's character. I really never thought about Mishal as the lead of Na bole tum even though I have been watching Na bole tum regularly. I agree with Anu Mohan is more of a carefree journalist and for Mishal there has to be a more of a strong role. In the past we all have had discussions as to which roles would suit him but now I think he would also be good as a journalist. Lets see how Mohan's character is developed coz there is potential since he is expected to help the female lead to prove her husband is not guilty of corruption charges.

I think Mishal suits more in roles that involve the character's profession. I mean he just can't be a businessman and one day his character becomes extremely rich and a few months later the entire business is gone and then he is just involved in the kitchen politics or just romancing the female. Hence, sadly currently there is no male character on Indian television that would suit him according to me.

About that ASR character woh kal bhi gussa tha, I am sure aj bhi gussa hai aur parso ko bhi gussa hi hoga. 😆 There is absolutely no potential for that character. Do not even get me started on the guy's acting skills.

Yes, I feel that Mishal should get a role which calls for very strong SCREEN PRESENCE...something COMMANDING cuz that is MR's natural body language...that inherent regality that we've discussed many times.

Mohan's role is almost of this unassumingly boyish but charmingly goofy character...I would label MR anything BUT unassuming😆...waise toh Mohan is a well written role so far cuz he gets to enact a variety of emotions and isn't one dimensional...but again it's not THAT level of a deep/emotionally complicated sort of role which I think would suit MR better.

Mohan is not a larger than life hero...that is what makes NBT an unusual story to begin with...I think if someone else was playing this role...some of the more conventionally good looking leading men on TV, Mohan's role wouldn't be what it has turned out to be...in a sense Kunal has become Mohan now...and every actor in the show is totally apt for their role...can't picture anyone else in their place.

The only show I watch on a regular basis is IPKKND and I think I can add to those who say Mishal would have made a good ASR. I think the character is complex, and not just someone who has an anger problem. It does call for the sort of strong, dynamic yet vulnerable screen presence that Mishal seems to effortlessly possess.

He would have looked good with Sanaya too. I wonder if he was ever considered for the part? Does anyone know who tested for Arnav before Sobti was eventually chosen? Unlike others, I actually like Sobti. But I wouldn't mind seeing Mishal play a similar character - very alpha male and deeply flawed.
