Of course Kala will not go down without a fight especially with her greatest enemy Dutta. She will show him just what she is capable of doing and she knows him as well as his weakness too well. She will use it against him and see how he will overcome it all and defeat her. The excitement of him coming to her and be at her mercy is something she is looking forward to.

As for Naku being Dutta's love well I think it has to do with control and power. Because the person who controls the King is the most powerful of all creatures. Kala doesn't have that power anymore and no longer is the puppet master. It is very difficult for someone like Kala to lose to Naku and her so called meaningless love because nothing cld be greater than Kala's hatred and her being.
