Exactly! For drama they can have Kala playing on this. Questioning Dutta's belief in her etc etc. That would be different from his very angry reaction everyone is expecting. Actually DD I have always felt despite Dutta's prejuidices Naku's beauty will work in her favor and not Kala's. So it wont be logical for Kala to do the FR. It should be either Naku herself or accidental.
I dont understand why Babi and Ganpat are acting as if Naku has a horrific secret.
Baabi is concerned that once Dutta knows the truth he might abandon Naku....or worst, if this nightmare turns out to be Baabi's, then we wuld know the ridiculous thoughts she is nurturing in her mind (Dutta killing Naku)....but the disparity here is that if she thinks Dutta can react so extremely then why is she promoting wedding? Does she think that once the wedding is done, Dutta would be under pressure to forgive Naku...?Thats not dutta,...if he has to punish, he can do that post wedding too..... BTW, Few things I wanna see in FR are -
1. Naku dng the FR and Kala playing the role of the fuel, displaying all her investigative work post FR and exposing Baaji (this I am sure Kala would do the honors or she would make sure Dutta keeps Baaji's betrayal in mind)...This essentially means, exactly what u have pointed out, banking on "why Naku took so long to unveil, if she didnt have any malintentions"....also, we all know how Kala's mind works....she is a pro in taking a simple truth and weaving a story of deceit.....
2. Dutta hearing out Kala initially and then raising his hands to shut her up!..."Bus taayi!" and telling her in very clear words that this is between Naku and him...(One change as a result of the transformation he has gone thru since he found his true love)
3. Taking Naku in the privacy of his room and then venting out his frustration...(2nd change - talking privately rather than public humilation of his love)
4. Same day or next day or after 2-3 days, (whatever time period seems fit for Dutta to calm the initial toofan, not the eventual one), drag Naku to his room and ask her for an explanation....Exactly like the one when Naku ran away from his proposal - In that scene, before she entered the room, he was very furious, and was calling her a betrayer etc but as soon as she came in front of him, he just wanted an explanation to the chaos and he was ready to hear and accept anything to calm his toofan....A sincere reply from her is what he would want!! (3rd change as part of the transformation)...and this would be an important scene because she has to explain the two main Qs, the simple and the difficult one....Why soot and Why this long?...Frankly, I am also looking forward to this answer, and like the last time, if she says, "Mein kya bolegi saab" or" haalat hee aise the" for the 2nd Q, I will totally hit my head on the nearest table/wall!!
5. Action (such as the thrill that Morey can introduce) or Dutta's intense brooding scenes, remembering Naku's sacrifice, love......scenes that would very clearly show the tug of war that he is gng thru between evil and love...A strong pull towards old Dutta but a stronger and yet gentler pull towards love....These scenes have to be just as powerful as some of the earlier scenes pre-wedding proposal.....Like before he left for Anna's den or the night when he was at Jagtap's place, and just before he was attacked by Anna's men.....but this tug of war has to be with a difference because of his love....
and many more....but now, I wanna see the diff clearly presented to the viewers.....LTL can maintain they subtlty but the message shld be clear that this is changed Dutta brooding...Any for of ambiguity would kill this serial now!!
