3 Months Later
Nakusha was sitting in the room thinking of how much life could change in 3 months'there was never a moment she didn't think of her saab..wondering how he is..what he is doing..she wondered whether he too missed her like how she missed him'but whenever she would sink herself in sad thoughts ..her best friend madhu..like a ball of sunshine would come and cheer her up
Naku could never understand how she could grow so attached to someone who she still didn't know much about..yet there was something about madhu that was soo similar that she could not point out what it is..she closed the book she was reading and walked towards the window..looking back at the book'she remembered the day she told madhu she didn't know to read and write'madhu just looked at her and then just ordered her that from today she would teach her
Naku could not help but smile when she saw madhu determined face looking at her..expecting naku to follow her order..that instant she could not help but think of her saab how for her own good he used to just order her to do things..and from that day..madhu taught her how to read and write..she remembered how madhu told her'education is always important..many people will take use of the fact if you cant read or write.
Madhu wanted her to go and study but there naku backed out saying she didn't want to go out..and how much she knew was enough..madhu never forced her and that she liked about her,,but that didn't stop her from getting knowledgeable books for naku..keeping her aware of what was happening around her.
Naku then thought of atharva'madhu's friend..they have rarely interacted but naku knew the house she was living in belonged to atharva..she knew atharva was also a don..and after some time she came to know that though he was a don he too was a gentle heart like her saab'whenever the three of them talk'naku would see madhu talking away..and atharva watching madhu with a fond smile on his face..nakusha wondered whether atharva loved madhu..but then she came to know..that though atharva and madhu love each other..it doesn't mean that it was the love she and her saab shares
Naku realised that their love is similar to the one she is having for madhu..as a best friend..soulmates always don't tend to be lovers but there are times when we come across twin souls..two people who know each other so well'who naku could not define but then she simplified thinking who are two different people sharing the same soul,,madhu and atharva are not connected by blood'but then naku knew they are connected by choice..naku knew the story of how a seven year madhu..took hold of a fifteen year atharva..demanding him to come with her and be her friend..and now 15 years hence they are still together.
Naku knew how loving madhu was..but to protect the one she loves how ferocious she can get that too naku knew'she remembered the day..when the three of them had gone for a drive and in the middle of the road they were attacked by some of atharva's enemies..atharva went out locking the car doors to deal with them..naku and madhu were in the car'naku got scared ..when she looked up to see how madhu was fairing she was quiet taken aback by the anger madhu had on her face
Atharva was dealing ok until one of them moved away to get a sword..on seeing this madhu immediately moved from her and told her to stay there..as she will take care of the situation..naku wanted to protest but then seeing the cold anger on her face kept quiet and nodded her head.
Naku could only watch helplessly as madhu got out from the car..she could see atharva fighting yet it was taking a toll on him dealing with so many as he didn't have any weapon..naku watched in horror as one of the person lifted the sword but before the sword could strike atharva..madhu just caught the blade of the sword..the person wielding the sword got surprised seeing madhu holding the sword..and naku screamed as she saw blood dribbling from madu's hand where she held the sword.
Hearing her scream atharva turned and got shocked seeing madhu loosing her blood like that and before he could react..madhu using her strength snatched the sword from that person's hand..and reversing the sword and catching it by the hilt without even blinking her eyes she just pierced him'on seeing her loosing blood atharva was blinded by rage and just thrashed the remaining men..leaving them to die.
Atharva rushed towards madhu..holding her hand..nakusha rushed out from the car and took out the dupatta and tied it around madhu's hand to stop the bleeding..atharva took over and tightening the dupatta scolded madhu..what do you think you were doing..you should have warned me instead of stopping that sword by your hands..if anything happened to you..to which madhu countered saying..and what if something happened to you..madhu looked straight into atharva's eyes and said this is not the first time I have shed my blood protecting you..and this is not the last time I will do so.
That was the moment that naku realised that there was another side of madhu who to protect the one she loves will not hesitate to kill her enemy'and then naku could not stop herself from thinking just how similar madhu was to dutta
Nakusha looked down to see madhu and atharva practising..what did they say it was ..martial arts..atharva being who he was wanted madhu to learn how to defend herself..he believed that even if he was not there madhu would be able to protect herself from all danger..everyday she saw them outside practising..she went down to the kitchen to make them some juice.
Bringing the juice tray she came where they were practising'and on seeing her madhu turned her attention towards naku and atharva smirked and gave madhu a kick making her fall flat on the ground..atharva casually walked towards her and took the glass juice..keeping his back turned towards madhu he said never divert your attention while you are fighting..you never know when the enemy might strike.
Naku tried to control her smile when madhu got up..covered in dirt..the little spitfire glared at atharva's back and said you are so right..and took a leap pouncing straight on atharva's back and dropping him to the ground..and began pulling his hair..nakusha could not hold it anymore and burst out laughing as madhu and atharva..forgot all their grace and fighting techniques and just began pulling each other's hair..
Only naku knew know no matter how calm and poise madhu and atharva looked to the outsiders..when it is only the three of them they would revert to such childishness that at that moment naku could just forget what they are capable of and enjoy their innocence and happiness.
Nakusha continued laughing as there was never a dull moment in living with atharva and madhu.
