AS sat in the hospital waiting for what the doctors were going to say about baji's condition..today the day of happiness how it could turn of such a day of sadness she could not understand'after dutta's anger of throwing naku and baji out of the house everything was just a whirlwind of emotions..all she could think was how the day passed and she reached here.
She could not believe how such a beautiful girl like nakusha his her face behind that ugly soot but after hearing everything that happened to naku's older sister and babi's helplessness she could not help but feel bad for that innocent girl'she knew how much naku loves her son..no other girl would have been ever right for him..but right now she even knew her son was too angry to understand of what that poor girl had to go through in her life'well she could understand how baji supported naku ..maybe aside from her n naku baji was the only one who can understand her son..maybe knowing how dutta would react even he waited for naku to tell the truth but then everything slipped form everyone's hands
Her headstrong son didn't listen to her ..but then she decided she had to twist his hand..and she told him..you might be angry with naku and baji..but for me they are like my children..and I would never like my child harming my other children..i know you are hurt but atleast give them a chance to explain themselves..if you heard kala 's side then even naku and baji deserve the right to say their side of story..and whether you like it or not I want baji and naku back in the house..
Saying this to dutta she left the room..she knew she hurt him but it was necessary to bring them back home because only then it would be possible to heal her son's wounds'she saw him leaving the house and knew that he would bring them back..
She had gone back to her room to pray..then suddenly she got a phone call ..she picked the phone..it was her son dutta..from the way his voice was chocked she knew something was seriously wrong'he told her he was phoning from the hospital..and that baji was in the hospital..someone has beaten him up brutally and right now he is in a critical condition..then dutta told her to please come to the hospital and kept the phone
On reaching the hospital they were directed to where dutta was..she went rushing towards her son..dutta was sitting on one of the benches his face in his hands..she placed her hand on his shoulder ..and when he looked up..she felt herself weakening to see him in such a distraught condition'on seeing his mother..dutta grabbed her and placed his head on her chest sobbing for his friend ..he told her of how baji is fighting for his life and the doctors telling him that they were not sure whether he could make it alive'and even how his nakusha has gone missing
Looking up she saw kishore walking towards them with a doctor..she told dutta that the doctor was coming towards them..immediately dutta stood up waiting for what the doctor would tell him..the doctor said..bhao baji is now safe from danger as he is responding to the treatment but it will still take a long time before he becomes alright properly..he will have to be in the hospital for atleast a month..dutta told the doctor..just see to it that he is given the best of treatment..money is not important..the doctor nodded
As she hugged her son she prayed to her god that please heal both my sons and keep her nakusha also away from any danger.
Atharva was still hugging madhu..as he got a phonecall..he moved away from the hug..but still kept a hold on madhu..he picked the phone and listened to the other end conversation..he said ok and disconnected the call..he looked at madhu and said it was from the hospital..doctor has said that baji is away from danger now..although it will take some time he will become alright..madhu smiled and cheekily said there was never a doubt he will not make it'atharva smiled at her childishness and pinched her cheek slightly anticipating the slap he got on his hand..as she frowned at him and told him how many times have I told you not to do that..i am not a small child..as she turned her back towards him..he caught and made her towards him'I know my little spitfire'but for me you will always be that child..madhu smiled back at him
Madhu went back to naku's room..and she opened the door..she could see naku twisting and sweating in her sleep calling for someone to help her..madhu immediately rushed to the bed trying to wake naku up..naku suddenly screamed baji's name and got up from the nightmare..she looked around in fright not knowing where she was..the minute she recognised madhu..she latched onto her and started crying..she had a nightmare of how baji died trying to save her ..madhu consoled her ..and when naku calmed down madhu told her that atharva got a phonecall from the hospital and the doctors has said that baji is alright now..and safe from danger..naku heard this and closed her eyes..her breathing coming to its normal pace.
