I was SO looking forward to Madhu's entry. Must say I was a tad disappointed. Don't know if it's because of the bad acting or the fact that the character wasn't credible enough. For the first time in months, I found an episode unsatisfactory. I guess it is a blooper, but itna obvious blooper? I mean, even in the lamest of serials, there is some rona dhona when someone dies. And this Madhu character just breezed in and was getting introduced to the family a day after her dad's death. I think it would have been a lot more credible if AS had taken her to DP's photo and she atleast spent a moment there before getting to know her new family. She could atleast have displayed some sorrow. Infact she was smiling half of the time! 😕

And Baji and Madhu, weeell, I think they lacked chemistry in the first scene itself! Hopefully, things will improve. Y'day I felt Roops is better for Baji.

I hope the CVs flesh out Madhu's character well. The entry has failed to make an impression. I have a feeling she's gonna give it back to Kala and co. smartly! The way she recognized Sudarshan's lechery(well almost) at first sight! I think this girl IS smart!😃

Hmmm...another theory, which I hope comes true, could be that Madhu witnessed her dad being murdered. So, she's biding her time before she gives Kala her due. This could explain the lack of emotion y'day. I hope this is the reason!

I just saw the episode and I am blown away by how disappointed I am by this character. She is so not what I had in mind. You've pointed out most of what I've been thinking but it just irked me so much that a supposedly independent girl who lives on her own in London literally JUMPED at the first chance to stay with someone she didn't even know before the past five minutes. She comes in, her father's just died the night before, yet she's all "maa, bhai, didi" to everyone and she's all "I accept you, it's okay, I understand" nonsense?! I am sorry! Where is her turmoil?! Where is her angst?! Her father died - he is dead - no more. Yet she can't even spare more than a downward glance (right in the beginning when AS mentioned him) with respect to him?! WHAT kind of a father-daughter relationship is this? Dutta, who hadn't seen his father for 26 years and who actually despised the guy has managed to look more pained and distraught by his father's death than she has.

And KOI inhibition nahi. She JUST met this family - she just met these people and she met them under such painful circumstances, yet she prances around hugging virtually complete strangers and makes "friends" with them right away? Koi hesitation nahi?! Doesn't even wait to see if she can trust them - she has NO doubts about them?! No second thoughts? NO confusion? Everything's all sunshine and rainbows?

*sigh* I just cannot get over the fact that a supposedly "independent woman who lives alone abroad" is not in the least bit suspicious or careful around these new people - itni gullible kaise? How did she survive in London with this attitude?! And why isn't she in the least bit distraught over her father's death? Even if she knew that he had terminal cancer - even then! His death demands a little more than a moment of silence with lowered gaze from her.

It just does.

And I don't like her. At all. *suspicious muh*

ok just got around to this thread..n have to agree that it could not be anyting else but a big blooper..

I was pretty excited like DD n Anu to see Madhu's entry (a positive character) in Dutta's life but did manage to notice the abrupt n hushed way her entry was made..the whole scene was so quick, felt quite unnatural n out of the place.. its looked so rushed ....looks like the team just had to get madhu's entry in the same epi at any cost..so dint think aage peeche... ( big mistake on direction part)

loved the actress though..could relate with her character n seems to be genuiene enough..one more thing that i felt abt her passive reactions abt DPs death was..i think she knew that DP was eventualy gona die ( she infact said that to baaji right..when he asked her they just came back frm doing DP chitha..n she said she knew it)..looks like DP had already mentally prepared her fr his death n had pretty much given all the info abt dutta n PN ppl beforehand itself...she had all the info she needed frm DP to enter PN..

but this blooper of Madhu's entry was a big big let down n was so in the face..that wasnt hard to not to notice it... ..a lot of us could not connect with character coz of tht....so CV team better develop her character n take it slow if needed ..otherwise she will be so out of the place in the show!

Oh god!! was all tht a blooper because of this last minute switch????....Too much to handle...

okie..bring it on!!

This might not necessarily be a blooper, these two could have actually felt bad at Dutta's situation, but not so so much to take his side, but when Kala was thrown out they would have gone back to Kala and their evil ways. The CVs did show them not wanting Kala to go and missing her quite a lot.

It would be nice, if they show her talking to Dutta and telling him how fond was DP of him, and how much he loved him and missed him. But was never able to come to him and ask for forgiveness.

This would help Dutta accept the past and DP.

I think it's both😆😆.....honestly not a fan of her acting.

Infact she was smiling half of the time! 😕 Odd, wasn't it?😆

I liked Madhu. She was ok. As far as her not sad at DP's death is concerned I think it was a blooper.

You know, I am pretty bad at paying condolences. Don't know what to say, to the person who has lost a dear one. So, mostly, I end up talking about anything and everything but giving condolence, when I go for it. So, maybe Madhu too is like that.

Yaar it wasn't even about saying it to anyone else. My issue is that she has lost her father and yet she doesn't even LOOK sad. Kisi aur ko bolne ka toh choro, she doesn't even feel a little bit of pain at his death?! Nothing?! She walks in wearing pink?! And has make up on?! Is sey sober dress up toh Kala ka tha (before she popped the champagne) and she doesn't even like the guy.

It wasn't as though Madhu had come to pay condolences to someone else on their loss, you know..? It was HER loss yet she didn't look like she thought she's lost anyone, least of all her father. If she didn't say much I'd be able to stand that - but she said too much of the wrong stuff and that is just something I can't digest. I don't think any daughter can - this is not how anyone would act if something (God forbid) happened to someone near and dear to them. 😳

have not yet watched the epi. i think DP has also installed CCTV has cought the kala injecting posion (unlike useless ones in PN) 😉 that madhu is aware of and is here for revenge😉

Yaar woh kisi bhi reason sey aii ho, she had to feel sad at her fathers death. Ziada rona dhona nahi dalti, but thora udaas toh naturally feel hota na usey?! I mean.. Revenge or not, Kala still got so riled up when she was talking Aayi Sahib (the day she was leaving PN) about her father's death from so many years ago. Toh Madhu's father toh phir bhi died yesterday - and yet she still didn't show a hint of pain..? Aisa bhi kya revenge hai k apney baap ko bhi bhol gaye.. 😳
