Ya of course they were worse! At least things are revolving round Tasha these days!

But come on man...a 1 year old can crawl up those stairs faster than that whole scene! And did we really need to see the full beginning...again? As if perhaps we forgot that the pandits, except the main family one, were being replaced?

If you don't move this sorry pace, you'll be below #16 or whatever it was in last weeks' ratings.

I know this may upset some of you, but I sometimes find this show to be too long-winded about things it doesn't need to be. E.g....Naku's scene was cute in the beginning, but really, did it need to be soooo long?

I too agree...........Things have to move faster now...........enough of this anna......he shd just disclose the raaz abt nakku being innocent and leave this show

LTL is more of a character-driven show, I like that...but let's face it, most viewers want tons of drama and quick movement...they give a damn about characterization. The rising TRPs during any dramatic track (of any show) is a pointer to that!
LTL should retain its uniqueness, but also keep in mind the commercial aspect!

I think most successful shows these days are character driven. So being character driven show is a good thing. But yeah they need to have more incidents happening in a week than they have now. They even dont need to really change the relationship dynamics...just ensure that viewers keep thinking things are moving. the drag and then rush is really a bad idea. Esp now post TaSha wedding.

They air the show only 4 times a week with a very slow pace.
I think the CVs are testing our patience.Yesterdays episode was a complete drag except the last scene.

See I don't even mind the Drag and Rush thing the only thing that bothers me is they Drag the irrelevant stuff and Rush the stuff we want to see dragged!
That TaSha Scene on 22nd June when Dutta walked in and found Naku waiting for him could have been dragged a lot longer! It only lasted 1 minute 57 seconds!
DuJi had a longer Scene!

And I don't mind if they drag the Dutta Falling for Naku Track cause let's face it THAT Track is always the best one to watch! I just want more TaSha! Is that so much to ask???
Even Anna wasn't shown until Thursday and he was only in for a few minutes...

Agreed.Anna is definitely better than the 3 stupid sisters but he is getting very less screen time and appears only once a week. They cud have dragged the track where naku comes to apply dettol on datta's arm a bit more but they didnt.

Being a character-driven show is in fact LTL's strength...specially with spot-on performances! I don't watch any other show, so wouldn't be able to compare...but I find Dutta's character particularly nuanced( not to mention the others)...and the dynamics between all the characters have also been portrayed quite well. To achieve this, the CVs had to move slow...it helped us gain insight into the characters! This is what makes LTL stand apart...and they need to maintain it. A leisurely pace is acceptable as long as they give us quality scenes. But this endless beating about the bush won't do 😡
