After the bus had left Baaji gets in his car & drives off …at first he decided to go home but then changes his mind & heads towards a bar …he finds some of frndz there ,,,they talk of business matters & of the upcoming tender …Baaji is just listening quietly while sipping on his drink ..
They discuss as to who would b able to take this tender & between talks one of them blurts out that he thought Dutta has more chances of getting it …silence falls as they realize what one of them just said.. they all knew that Dutta was a rival of Baaji…& they feel that it was more than just business rivalry ..it was sumthing personal but they dared not ask ..Baaji givs him a glaring look ,,the hold on his glass tightening & finally breaking the glass ..they get up getting concerned 4 him but Baaji just leaves 4rm there ..

Dutta returns home ..Just as he enters the whole hall way lighten ups ...he turns to find his mother ,,she had been w8ing 4 him to cum home…
Dutta : Wat Aaye saahib ….ur not asleep yet …its so late ..
Aaye Sahib : Yh ..Its late ..but is it late only 4 me ….she questions him back ..& then says u know Dutta dat until ur home I m not able to sleep ….
Dutta goes up to her & hugs her ... Aaye Saahib pushes him bak & asks him to freshen up….she will get his dinner warmed up as she knows dat he must not have eaten anything …
Dutta nods his head & goes to freshen up …

Naku who is living at her friend place … she is sharing the room with her frnd ..as she is new to this city & doesn't hav a place to stay …She lives in a small hill station Panchgani where she has a small gift shop & for that she has to cum to the city to get sum things 4 her shop after every 2-3 months ..
She lives with her small family consisting of her parents & a small kid brother …Her father is a drunkard, so she & her mother have set up this shop 4 their living ..
She is very tired …It had been a very long & tiring day ….though they had enjoyed very much..
She just wanted to drop on the bed ….but she decided to take a shower first …After the shower … she wraps herself in a robe & sit in 4rnt of the mirror …after applying lotion all over herself …she suddenly felt sum pain on her toe ….she checked to see a small cut ….she remembered herself tripping on the stone & Baaji catching her …she remembered those eyes ….what was in those eyes …a smile came on her lips …her fingers trailed from her toe to her knees …there was a bruise …& sum more on her elbows …She remembers her small accident ….the smile fades 4rm her lips as dat scene came to her mind ….she murmured to herself ..Hw rude dat man waz …he just wasn't concerned dat a girl had cum in 4rnt of her car & she might hav got hurt ..
She gets up & goes to her bed & lies down to sleep … she had to do a long list of things the next day …she drifts off to sleep , her eyes closing slowly & thinking of Baaji & that rude stranger ..

After having dinner & bidding good night to Aaye, Dutta goes up to his room …He goes by the window & looks out in the night …he plays his mouth organ ….the tune is so soulful …after sum time he stops …Lot of things r going on his mind ..he lies down on his bed & suddenly a girl face cums across his eyes …It's the same girl who came across his car ….Dutta feels guilty that he behaved badly wid her ..he didn't even ask her if she waz hurt …. He had so many things going on in his head at dat time regarding the tender & Baaji Rao .. he sighed thinking of Baaji Rao …. Dutta knew dat Baaji would leave no stone unturned to get that tender ..

We see a very big beautiful house with a vast garden …. A car enters the premises & stops at the drive way …the watchman opens the door & Baaji steps out ,,he is a little drunk …he goes inside the house ..as he steps inside he senses a feeling of loneliness & emptiness ..he has has no family ,,his parents are dead & he is the sole owner of this vast house & all the business ..He straight away goes to a small bar which he has in his study & makes himself a small drink ..he goes & sits down on one of sofas & gulps down the drink at one go …he takes the remote & starts flicking the channels …finding nothing of interest he shuts it down ..making himself comfortable he thinks of all the day events & the tender .. U can see his jaw tighten ….he says under his breath …"No matter wat Dutta ,,,this contract belongs to me & only me"
Just then his cell rings , he answers it …sum1 is informing him bout sum land …he straight away gets up & orders him to get this land no matter how much the price ....he just wanted this land .. He slams down the cell , makes another drink & goes to his bedroom ..he finishes the drink & he luks at the cut on his hand which he had gotten after breaking the glass in the bar ,,starts laughing & then falls on his bed asleep ..!
