music is playing in the background where tulsi is. a nurse comes to her and tells her her head is bleeding and she will dress the wound. tulsi touched her wound and sees the blood. she says nothing is wrong with me, the girl (shobha) is more hurt than me, where must her family be, i will stay here until someone from her family comes. nurse says they are trying hard to find her family, once we know who she is someone from her family will come. nurse leaves. tulsi thinks to herself how will i find out who she is and where her family is, poor child what condition she is in. the scene spilts to shobha's face on the left and tulsi's on the right.
juhi thinks to herself the time has come for me to start my drama and make use of my tears, the faster this is known, mihir will be out, go juhi. she walks up to ba. she thinks what is this, this isnt affecting ba, looks like i have to open my mouth. she says to ba you is the elder of the house, you can decide if mihir will come home, if he wants to go to mandira then that is also ok, i have seen so much, nothing affects me now.

mihir says karan beta i have made mistakes and i am trying to make up for them, i hope you are with me. karan says i am happy you made a decision you took a step or ba would have broken. mihir thinks to himself when trust breaks a human also breaks who would understand this more than me. karan gets a call from the hospital about shobha. karan tells evryone that shobha was hit with a stick at a rally. mihir prays for shobha.
tulsi is praying for shobha.
juhi comes and asks what happened to shobha. nandini tells what happened. juhi asks where is she. karan says city hospital(the only hospital in serials). they all go except for ba and mihir.
mandira in her house thinks about what mihir said about juhi not being tulsi but juhi thakral and that he has proof. mandira says i have never been trapped so badly, if i lose mihir i lose my dreams, if i dont get the property i wont get mihir, only tulsi used to break all these, whose head do i break juhi's or mihir's.
nurse checks on shobha as tulsi looks on from outside. nurse calls the dr and says the painkiller is losing its effect and they should give her another injection. dr checks shobha and says her nerves are crashing, she needs blood and to find someone. dr says he has to give her one dose of painkiller and leaves. tulsi comes in. shobha says ma. tulsi sits down and hums a song. dr comes with injection and asks what she is doing there. dr gives the injection. he asks how is she related to her. tulsi says i brought her out of humanity. she was hurt badly, when she was in my arms..flashbacks are shown. dr says she needs blood badly but we cant find her blood group. tulsi says take my blood. he asks her blood group. tulsi says i dont know. dr sasy shobha's blood group is very rare. he tells the nurse to look for AB-.
everyone comes to the hospital. mihir asks where is shobha. nurse asks if he is talking about the girl from the rally. karan says yes. she says shobha is in room 303. they walk towards the room.
nurse comes to the room and says she cant find that blood group. dr says she can die if she does not get blood in 10 minutes. tulsi looks on.
karan asks someone where is room 303. he shows karan the way. they are al walking towards the room.
tulsi asks the dr to check her blood. dr asks the nurse to check her blood fast and if she is AB-. shobha calls out ma. tulsi goes near her and says i dont have a blood relationship with her but a pain relationship, if we have that relationship please do a miracle that we have the same blood.
tulsi is walking with the nurse. everyone else is still walking. the ram ram music plays.they are on opposite hallways. they pass by tulsi facing the other way. they dont see her and keep walking. mihir asks someone where is room 303. someone tells him it is the other way. tulsi mihir and everyone walk right past each other facing straight ahead. they get separated by men holding a pink sheet. they dont see each other.
everyone finally come to the room. juhi says its ok nothing will happen, i am here now, your mom is here. dr asks if they are her family and says they need her blood and cant find her blood group but now someone in the family must have AB- blood group. nandini says ma does. juhi says i do. nandini says remember when you gave shobha blood long ago you matched her group. juhi says maybe. dr says usually girls have the same blood group as their mom. mihir says now you will go down, you only remember what you read in tulsi's diary. mihir has a flashback of when he sees juhi's file and her blood group is O positive. mihir says your blood can never match shobha's because you are not tulsi, shobha's blood matches her real moms, i have to find blood for her soon and with this fixing you will also be fixed, your truth will come out in front of everyone everyone will know you are not tulsi virani. end.
