bones about being too close to each other

For these television stars, 'love' is definitely in the air. With
more and more television actors falling in love with each other and
walking down the aisle, these two couldn't be far away. Actors
Shubhavi K alias Meera of Kyunki Saas Bhi kabhi Bahu Thi fame and
Rushad Rana of Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki fame are the latest hot
couple of tellydom. Their association began some years ago. After
working together for a Khaitan fans commercial and then a play, the
two became completely inseparable. "Ours is a special relationship.
We started off as buddies, but our friendship eventually turned out
to be something more. Rushad is someone that I can count on and is
always there for me. We are very close to each other but I'm not
sure whether tagging this as love would be right?" Shubhavi says
that she is least affected by the rumours about their alleged
liasion. "Look, I know that it is the most inevitable thing to
happen to anyone in our profession. I'm not denying the fact that we
go out. In fact, that is how people spotted us together and started
talking about us. This situation is unavoidable. I'm not going to
stop going out with him or reduce my public appearances just because
we are written about," laughs the 24-years-old actress.
"I'm not perturbed about these rumours. Nor is my equation with
Rushad getting affected. I've prepared myself for such situations.
Shubhavi's good friend too chips in, saying, "Forget actors, if you
see a boy dropping a girl back home in the evening, you just assume
that something is on between them...," he laughs.
Rushad, on his part states plainly, "We share a great platonic
relationship. Off late there has been some speculation about us but
that will not stop me from showing my affection for Shubhavi."
Apparently, the duo was spotted at the Sahara One party a few weeks
back when they walked in hand-in-hand. "Yes, we did go for the party
together. Shubhavi is a friend. If ever my feelings for her turn
romantic, I will not hide it. Not admitting to a woman is the most
cowardly act on a man's part. And I refuse to be one of them," he
avers.
