I think this is the way Kyunki will get the old Tulsi back.

If you recall.... everytime or anytime Mihir was with another woman, Tulsi was willing to leave Shantinketan whereas THIS time, she's willing to share him....? Isn't that weird....? I think that's how Mihir might expose this Tulsi....? I can't believe she's willing to share him ewwwwww. Oh well, at least it's leading to getting the old Tulsi back!!!!

U r right....this track isnt much important. this whole track (that is mihir's behiviour and everything) is for bringing Smriti back...i am sure after they bring her back there will be different. I think the serial could become better that time. this track is just for Smriti...
