My views slightly differ. Since many characters go missing, it seems okay. I mean if Hemanth, Chirag and Kiran too were active in Virani Business then Mihir could not have had such a easy way and of course, the brilliant way.
Living together is fine, because of all the support people can get in times of distress. But really the families can be more modularised.
Instead of one of the sons becoming the MD and thus have ability to overrule others, they should each be incharge of a division, where they have supreme authority.
Also the question of "Keys" in the house. Cant all bahus get to keep something important.
I think the MD ship and keys always went to the eldest son and bahu. But now in the fifth generation, the cousins and brothers are all of the same age, that they cant accept something cos they are a few months younger.
Finally, is Shanthiniketan gonna split ? Even if it does happen temporarily then they would just show the disadvantages and everybody would long to come back and be happily united again
nicely said deepthi di.we know that they will never show the division of the house but shriman is partly correct.people like luxury and peace instead of difficulties.if they r finding it uncomfortable in a joint family, they may definitely choose a nuclear family where a bit more peace is assured.
all joint families are not like shantiniketan.we cannot compare all families with the house in the serial.but it does duvert the attention of the ppl towards choosing to go in different ways.
kyunki being a very popular serial is watched by loads of people(if kyunki section is a clear example)👏.we cant say that this serial makes no impact on the viewers.
on the other hand, the viewers must be sensible enough to take it just as a serial and not that seriously
