Neither am I. But I really admire the woman for some inconceivable reason........she IS one of a kind........intriguing in an unconventional sort of way..........running such a big company while churning out nonsense, yet managing a great viewership for all that crap, month after month, year after year, is definitely something out of the world.
In the corporate world, most companies and entrepreneurs work on meeting a high level of customer satisfaction. And here we have Ekta Kapoor and her enterprise, the focus of which concentrates upon working on a high level of customer frustration. And the most fascinating aspect of her strategies is, they work out for her pretty well. She gets high ratings for her shows, thanks to crazy fans like us, and continues to earn big bucks. So why on earth would she ever consider altering her business tactics.
Furthermore, when the customer frustration has reached a saturation point, she provides her audience with few crumbs of happiness, which we receive with open arms and fill pages on india-forums and other groups about how 'fulfilling' those scenes were, feeling as if finally our patience has been paid back with interest. But right when we think that everything is fine and rosy, Ekta returns to her original approach of frustrating her audience and continues it until it has tested every ounce of our control and once again repeats her strategy of throwing in a couple of 'happy episodes' to reward the viewers for their patience. And the cycle goes on and on. Its working for her amazingly over the past decade or so.
Speaking from a business perspective, I don't see why would Ekta abandon her corporate approach when its generating such prolific returns for her.........its her USP, which is although strangely peculiar yet no one could deny its profitably consistent nature and the role it plays in the maintainence of Ekta's echelon of vitality in the television industry.

It's all her credit.....If she didn't came up with Hiten,Gauri &Pulkit,we would have not known them.....
BTW......Don't think I am a Ekta supporters....😆😆😆
