Hey todays episode karan told he cant leave without his nandini or he will die this proves that he loves nandini and only nandini without nandini he was like devdas he was searching him like mad nd their relationship oh so sweet realtionship they share.he was loving is loving and will love only nandini in future also.those three yeras without nandini he was totally heart broken and devdas.
