I don't know , what is this called in medical language😆😆But, Ganga is now in a state that she can hear everything but she can't talk?

Can someone please tell kreatives that this is really getting annoying now.....the clever thing wud have been Tripti asking ganga all her property for saving mihir....that wud have been much more logical than sending ganga to this funny coma 😆
