- Baa is sick

- Judge asks about real killer to which Mihir says he murdered Tripti

DETAILED UPDATE
AT LAWYER'S OFFICE
*file drops, Adi bends down to pick up file and Karan blesses him*[he looked better in the flash sequences]
Adi: Aditya Raj Singhania, I don't bow down, rather I make others bow down to me
Karan: you're like my son--
Adi: oh! if you have such a pleasure of being a father then theres an orphanage in front of our office, you can take someone from there and become their father. Now will you go or--
Karan: I've come here for something
Adi: now you've come to the point, that's interesting, have a seat Mr. Karan Virani
*Karan thanks him and sits down, Adi picks up some darts to play with*
Karan: I wanted to speak to you about a case
Adi: victim...Gautam Virani...crime...in the murder of Tripti Virani...theres a hearing today in the metropolitan court...interesting. What do I have to do? punish him or save him?
Karan: of course save same...
Adi: so this means he's innocent, he hasn't killed anyone? *Karan looks away* or has made the mistake...of killing Tripti?
Karan: look, I don't know whether he's innocent or guilty, but all I know is that someone in our family has killed Tripti, and to know about that member we need time, and we'll only get time when Gautam is freed.
Adi: You beat around the bush alot Mr. Virani, how did you become a businessman? You should've been a lawyer, just like your talks you could've spun the case around
*Karan a little pissed, gets up*
Karan: I did not come here to become a lawyer rather to meet one
Adi: to meet a lawyer or to make one?
Karan: you're already a made lawyer thats why I am standing in front of you. This city's three biggest lawyer already have refused to take up this case. They said that all the evidence is against Gautam so to save him is almost impossible
*Adi throws the final dart. Bull eye's*
Adi: impossible? I like it..now I will defintely take this case, because this so called impossible I love turning it into possible[I like this guy's attitude, not cocky, confident]
Karan: I will give you the case details
Adi: Aditya Raj Singhania, I don't take details, I give them...lets head out to court Mr. Virani, or else we'll be late [now when they say confidence makes one sexy, this guy def. wins the title..although his looks might take a little getting used to but this baby's strong attitude will take him measures]
IN SN
*Baa is doing pooja as watches her. Kt comes down the stairs and goes to Tulsi*
Kt: do something, Baa...today is Gautam Chachu's hearing that's why Baa has been doing pooja since 6am.
*Tulsi starts to cry*
Kt: she hasn't even drank a single drop of water, she will fall ill, please do something...
*Tulsi runs to Baa. Tulsi places her hand on Baa's shoulder and Baa starts to cry[OMG I want to give Baa a hug, she looks soo cute!!!!]*
Baa: if Gautam doesn't come home today, then RadheShaym will no longer remain in this home
Tulsi: what is all this Baa?
Baa: what else do I say? Gautam is like the walls of this home, if the walls break then it won't take much time for the roof to fall also. And today, if my Gautam gets punished for the crime, *to RadheShaym murti* then today they'll have to face the concequences...they'll no longer be placed in this home, we'll remove them from this house... who'll pray to this stone figure? I've seen with my own eyes my son's and my daughter-in-law's ash's...I don't have any strength left in me to see anything else...hey prabhu[god] I can no longer bare to see anything else...
Tulsi: Baa, nothing will happen to our Gautam, because I won't let anything happen, I won't...
Baa: give me your word Tulsi, nothing will happen to my Gautam, give me your word Tulsi!
Tulsi: I give you my word, this a mother's promise *looks at murti* its not a hollow promise...our Gautam will return, I will bring him home
*Mihir is standing behind listening to all of this*
Mihir: Tulsi, its time for court, lets go
*Mihir gives Baa a hug*[I promise you want to shove yourself in the screen and hug Baa also]
Mihir: we'll take leave Baa
*Mihir leaves and Tulsi is about to leave but Baa stops her*
Baa: Tulsi, I want to come also
Tulsi: don't be stubborn Baa, you're ill, and still we need to prepare for Gautam's welcoming. I'll leave, and I've promised you no? Gautam will definetly come home. You take rest
*Archita and Bhoomi take Baa away* [BHOOMI CARES FOR BAA??😲*me flashbacking to last years episodes when Baa almost slipped in the Haridwar mandir and Bhoomi was too busy with her phone* great! she's positive now😊]
OUTSIDE OF SN IN THE ANGAN
*Tulsi is in front of the Tulsi plant along with choti Tulsi aka Kt*
*Tulsi does some ritual*
Kt: what is this that your are doing Baa?
Tulsi *to Tulsi plant* : hey Tulsi Maa, this Tulsi has given her word to Baa, to bring back her son, Gautam, the same Tulsi who cursed God to save her husband, today the same Tulsi, today this Tulsi gives herself a curse to save her son, if today her son doesn't return, then this Tulsi will never step inside of this home*Kt shocked [she's prolly thinking of her Haridwar days now]* This Tulsi will be placed in the same location where you are, outside of this home. I vow this, I take it by Geeta's kasam
*Tulsi pours the [jal]water on herself and folds her hands in front of Tulsi plant*
COURT
*outside of courtroom its shown that Karan is talking to Adi. Tulsi reaches there also*
Tulsi: Karan, who is--
Karan: Maa, this is our lawyer, Aditya Raj Singh, he's fighting Gautam's case
Tulsi: Lawyer saab, Gautam is held against this crime, but I know he is innocent. My son's life lies in your victory. I will pray that you will win.
Karan: Gautam?
*Gautam is taken out of the police jeep, and a motherly type song plays as Tulsi looks at Gautam. Tulsi goes up to Gautam*
Tulsi: Guatam?
Guatam: did you talk to Papa? *a teary Tulsi looks down* you didn't did you? so you've made your decision.
Tulsi: the Tulsi who takes on 'roog, jhoog, and bhoog'[roog=disease, i dunno what jhoog and bhoog are], is never considered a part of anyone. This Tulsi is someone's wife and someone's mother...even if you split this Tulsi into two halves it will still be hard to make the decision as for whom she'll support...her herband or her child...
Gautam: so that means you don't have any faith in me?
Tulsi: how will I not believe you, beta? I can look into my son's eyes and read his soul so how will I not believe you? But I also have full faith, that if my child isn't a killer then neither is my husband. You are my heart but your father is also my heartbeat ...if the heart didn't commit any crime then how will the heartbeat be any less innocent?
Gautam: I have full faith in Papa, but Papa--
*Mihir walks up to them*
Mihir: what are you all talking about?
Tulsi: uh, Mihir it--
Mihir: it what? Do you think that I killed Tripti?
Gautam: then who else did it Papa? I saw the fight between you and Tripti and I also saw the dagger in your hand that was used to kill Tripti...
Mihir: no beta, I didn't kill her
Gautam: then that dagger?
Mihir: that dagger was Singhania's...that was part of his antique collection--
Gautam: but you were so angry with her...
Mihir: yes I was angry with her, but who wasn't angry with her? she had almost destroyed our family, but I don't have the strength to kill her
Gautam: But...I thought...you had killed her, thats why I hid the dagger, to save you
Mihir: but you never felt the need to ask me first?? You put your life on the line for me?? I can't even believe this, how could you think such? That Tripti---
*someone screams from the court room to present the case*
Tulsi: now what will we do Mihir?
Gautam: theres nothing left that needs to be done, Maa...
*Gautam starts to leave but stops*
Gautam: I wish to hug you for the last time, I don't know if I'll get the chance tommorrow or not 😭
*Family hug. Gautam starts to cry and leaves. Tulsi pleads to Mihir to save her son*
IN SN
*Baa is lying sick in bed as Arichita puts cool paper wraps on her forehead and Bhoomi checks her Temperature*
Bhoomi: Archita her temperature isnt' going any lower
*Clock chimes 3pm, and Baa mumbles that the case must've started by now, she starts to get up and says that she needs to go. Archita and Bhoomi tell her to lie back down as she's not well. Baa faints*
COURT ROOM
Prosecuting lawyer: MiLord, this case is clear as a mirror, in the resort party Tripti Virani was murdered. She wrote down the killer's name but because of the name being smudged the killer didn't come about, but yes it is for sure that the killer is a Virani. Then started the police investigation, and the most prominent evidence that was found, *holds up bag w/ dagger* this dagger, that was hidden in the SN lawn, which also holds Gautam Virani's fingerprints. To put more light in this case, I'd like to call up my first witness, ACP Ragini Suruavanshi, to the witness box please
Judge: you have permission
ACP: Judge saab, during the investigation we found this dagger in SN's lawn and we had found Gautam Virani's fingerprints upon it
Prosecuting lawyer: this proves it MiLord, that Gautam Virani has murdered Tripti Virani
Adi : Objection MiLord! [damnn..Im starting to like him *yes his face gets better to look at over time*😉] you can't point fingers at anyone by just looking at fingerprints, such evidences can be created so easily
Judge: Objection sustained, please present more concrete evidences
*Karan smiles at Adi and Adi smiles back*
*Prosecuting lawyer goes to Gautam*
P.L. : Mr. Gautam Virani, where were you at the time of the murder?
Gautam: at the party, I did not once leave the party
*PL holds up a picture. It has Sahil talking to Rishabh. Lakshya is standing behind Rishabh and in the background it looks like Gautam is walking out somewhere*
PL : so where were you going in this picture?
Gautam: I was goin to my room
PL : to get the dagger, right?
Adi: Objection Milord, he is forcefully accusing him
Judge: objection sustained
PL: alright lets agree to the fact that you never left the party, but Tripti Virani must have been hurting your heart like a dagger, she refused to put in money for your project
Gautam: I had applied for funds elsewhere
PL: but you did not get anything from anywhere, this was your most ambious project, and when your project was on the verge of failure you could no longer stand this, and in that anger you shoved the dagger in Tripti Virani's stomach. Say yes or no!
*Gautam looks over at Tulsi*😭
PL : this has been proved that you had left the party for sometime. You had the motive and the weapon and the fingerprints on that weapon are yours! So this proves that you've commited the crime
Gautam: I DIDN'T COMMIT THIS CRIME MILORD!
PL : he is lying Milord!! He has killed Tripti Virani!
*Tulsi gets up and shouts*
Tulsi: my son is not a killer!
Judge: whatever you have to say, say it in the witness box
man: place your hand on the Geeta and repeat 'whatever I say will be the truth and nothing but the truth'
*Tulsi is about to put her hands on the Geeta but doesn't*
Tulsi: a mother to speak the truth doesn't need to take an oath under the Geeta, because Geeta and truthfullness is embeded in her heart. A mother knows her child's every pulse...and this mother is telling you, that my son isnt a killer! he hasn't done anything wrong! My son had dove into deep waters to save Tripti, then how can be called as a killer?? Tell me! How can he be a killer!?!
PL: to kill or save her?
Tulsi: the one who saves doesn't kill, look into his eyes, does he look like a killer to you??!!!
PL: Law doesn't look at eyes, but rather evidence
Tulsi: and for that very reason your law is blind! [referring to the lady of justice] that doesn't trust eyes but trusts evidence, and evidence that anyone can create! The same way this mother delivered her son!
PL: Objection Milord, Tulsi Virani is insulting this court
Tulsi: you are the one who's insulting! Krishn[or Vishnu ..couldn't hear properly] had put his mother above law and court ..because a mother can never lie!! and this mother is telling you, that my son isn't a killer!! my son had given support to an orphan then how can he be a killer? THEN HOW IS HE A KILLER ?! TELL ME!!
Judge: Mrs. Virani, if you're saying that your son isn't a killer than who is? You do accept this fact that someone in your family has killed Tripti Virani, right? than who is the murderer?
Tulsi: I don't know! all I know is that my son isn't a killer!! NOT A KILLER!! my son cannot be a killer!!
PL: then who is the killer Mrs. Virani??
*Mihir sands up*
Mihir: I am, I killed Tripti Virani
*Tulsi is in shock as she studders Mihir's name. 'Tumevo maata' plays in background. Everyone is in shock*
NEXT DAY IN COURT
*It is shown Mihir explains everything and Tulsi is crying*
Judge: today this court announces the release of Gautam Virani, but holds the criminal, Mihir Virani against the charges of Tripti Virani's murder and sentences him to death. The coming 14th his death will take place. He will be hanged to death
*everyone is in shock and crying*

we're finally getting places without wasting time on Daksha/Mohini... whoever this Adi guy is, he's pretty okay, and he sinks in after this episode, I think we'll like him
scenes to watch: Baa crying, when Gautam asks for a hug, and very last scene when Mihir says he's the murderer
