don't actors ever get sick?

I was jus wondering today since i am sick myself...actors work all day and night to shoot if they have to, right? So don't they ever get sick, like a get a common cold or cough??? If they do wat happens; do the people let them take off the day or what??? I know there are many talented people on i-f someone here must've had some experience about this whole shootin thing. I hope u guys can answer my question. I was jus curious. Please comment. 😳

hmm...Im sure they do, but i guess ekta waves an enough amount and they suck it up

i feel bad if they do have to suck up.

i think they just try 2 leave them out
dont shoot any scenes with them
n if they r the main lead then they just try n cover it up

i think they got dummies 4 main characters. they'll manage it with dummies. when the actors back they'll make a zoom shot with dialogue...then edit it.but i'm not sure.. 😊

im sure they do....but ekta just want them to keep working... 😕 some get so sick dat ekta will hav to replace them...at least that's wat i have been noticing...

i am related to a guy that owns a production company that does dramas but will not name the company (hint has 2 successful shows on zee) and all the companies including balaji have the same rule they all got to suck it up and the mentality is its not the companies problem its the actors if they get sick, the only time they get a leave is if they are really i mean really sick and that too for a limited number of days, because apparently if its especially a big scene or whatever will bring the story forward and the actor that has to be in it to make the story go ahead cant shoot since they are ill the company has to first talk to the creative head of the channel the show is getting aired n them and there creative head of the show decide what to do, the body doubles are usually used when the artist is busy with something else so they do there close up shots ahead or usually the same day after the body double shoots since usually the episode is on tv the next day or the day after. and i believe that they send there tape (yes they still use VHS for some reason) to the head offices of the channels that are in Delhi and if they dont receive it by a certain time the company is heavily fined by the channel, thats why they dont like there actors to be sick and mess up the schedules

No wonder after all the fame and money actors get bored and quit even if they r on top of the popularity chart !!! Be it Om of KGGK, Sujal of KTH .....they all kind of get bored with this schedule.....
