Why don't we do something?? SEE PG2....

This seems to be the recurring theme of the 50 million PMs that Swati, Sweta and I get every single hour we come online.

"Why didn't you do anything to her?"

"Why wasn't her WL raised?"

"Why is there a mod's note in my post and not in _______'s??"

"Where are the mods??? Why aren't they doing anything??"

"The mods only target one group of fans... Everyone else is let scot free..."

Now listen here. We don't do this gig as a job. We don't get paid outta this. We took on this responsibility to be a help to the admin and ensure the smooth running of the forum that we were allotted to. THE VERY LEAST you people could do, is not create conflicts here, if you cant help us.

One person posts a topic asking for some pictures. Instead of HELPING him/her, some of you people start bashing in there??? And the language used! Honestly!!!!! Are we asking you for too much when we ask you to be civil??? Or are you under the impression that just because this is an online forum and that people cannot physically see you, you can get away with saying anything? I really don't get this attitude.

No wonder we don't get any new members in this forum and even the existing ones are beginning to leave. Everyone is sick and tired of all the attitude/hate/insults they get if they ask one question or make one innocent remark.

Please remember ONE SMALL FACT. We are FULL TIME STUDENTS. All three of us. We're not sitting on this forum 24/7 to monitor who said what about which actor. Then you send us PMs saying "where the hell are you? Cant you see __________ bashing _______??" WHICH IS WHY A REPORT BUTTON IS THERE. USE IT INSTEAD OF PMING US. Please.......!!!!!!!! IT MAKES THINGS SO MUCH MORE EASIER.
Instead of ARGUING and MAKING SNIDE REMARKS, hit the report button and MOVE ON. There are about a 100 other topics you can discuss. And if you think the person who is bashing is so pathetic, doesn't it make you EVEN MORE PATHETIC, that you are sitting and wasting your time on thinking up befitting replies????

And about all these questions. Where, what and why. What we as a DEV team do, is our business. We try our very best to answer your questions and be nice, (and till today, this very minute, we have been), but some of you guys are making this very very hard for us. And what consequences someone faces for breaking the rules is between us and the offender. No more PMs asking us what we did/why we did something will be entertained. Please give us some credit here. We do have some idea about what we are doing.

Now this may seem like a whiny, self indulgent rant to some of you, or most of you, or even all of you, but please, I think it's about time some of you realised that the DEV team is made up of human beings too, not soulless, emotionless robots. Please treat us that way.

Not At All. Everything you just said, i agreed to ! People have GOT TO stop Bashing around here ! And , i agree , Dev Team Memebers/Other users who are willing to help out other users who are in need of help, like finding pictures/videos, etc. Are Human Beings too. We are NOT just Robot's of some sort.

I Mean , if you go in a topic , and you don't like it , say if , you're an LK fan , and write a topic about them , and a Non-LK fan goes in it, and dosent agree witht the LK fan , they should just Not Reply , unless the user is bashing other actor fans.

i mean , EVERYONE has there OWN Choices/Opinions. and all of us , should understand that fact. It is not a privlage , but a right to express how and what we feel about any actor/character. But , if you dont like an actor and there is a topic on the actor made by a fan , just Dont bother clicking on it , and starts bashing. Leave it to there respected fans. and they can have all the fun there, inspite of people bashing and hurting other member/actors feelings,etc.

There is so much to say about this, but Nimmi covered it all, but there could still be more.

This is no Joke. People should take this post seriously.

Overall, i agree all the way with You!

It's REALLY sad when members have to leave the forum because of members who end up bashing them when they ask a simple question or wanna know what others think about something.

It's even more sad when we have to put up stickies for certain characters because members here can't have civilized discussions, every topic HAS to lead to a fight.

It's even worse when members decide to put up posts insulting one another over a silly show thats FICTIONAL.

I'm glad the people who posted here agree with what Nimmi had to say.

We do A LOT for the forum .. You guys don't know about the dozen or so PMs we send out to members individually or the warning levels we raise and all the other stuff we have to deal with.
