Disclaimer: All K-N fans, please do not attack me with comments of karan cant be wrong or kn are best, we all know tht..i am just asking you to look at it from a different perspective. And yes, I am not saying tanya was right to do ugly bad things against tulsi, i am not even talking abt those things. Please feel free to share open minded comments and correct me if I am wrong anywhere.
I have watched kyunki since its inception days and I know the whole history of the KNT triangle etc. But I feel Karan, even though succeeded as a lover, friend, son, father etc, I think he really fell short off being an ideal husband. We all know the history of how Tanya remained married to karan, with all of Nandini's sacrifice etc, but for 20 years, karan really did not give Tanya a wife's place, he never really gave it even a chance. Agreed he loved Nandini, but wht was Tanya's fault in those 20 years for not being accepted by Karan as his wife, as someone who rightfully deserved his love?? He hardly made an effort to be a good husband, how much did he expect from Tanya, to give her love and bring up bhoomi n manthan and not get anything in return? Living for 20 years knowing tht your husband isnt yours tht he still loves his old flame,even though he is married to you, no woman in tanya's place can take it, No one!! Wasn't he selfish to marry her for bhoomi's sake, if he didn't love her, he didnt need to marry her, he could have had a maid or his mother itself to care for her? Even if he consumated his marriage against his wish, he did so, and right there at that point, in his mind was Tanya, not Nandini.
May be , for one sec, even though its just a serial, put yourself in Tanya's place, would you have not done anything n everything remotely possible by you to make your husband, yours, wholeheartedly?? And finally, when he tried to make an effort, he did not even tell Tanya what and why he and Nandini decided not to be with each other, all tht did was create more misunderstanding..and ultimately ruin their marriage.
