Why aren't thinking of a divorce?

If KT really loves Laksh then why doesn't she just go up to Eklavya and ask him for a divorce why is she going through the pain of staying away from Laksh?

Wouldn't that be the obvious thing to do.......????

thta exactly what i dun undrstand!! i mean why did everyone assume that kt n eklavya r now h-w .. unless u register ur marriage its illegal .. so the could have cleared up the mes the same day!!

She can easily get a divorce on the grounds that she was decieved and did not consent to the marriage. So why are they dragging it, let KT free, its just repeating the Ansh-Nandini-Karan affair.

i think ekta wants the viewers to think tht the marriage did occur in the eyes of god so who the f cares if its registered or not.
its funny how they only choose to follow things like tht when it suits them
