this aspect of saanji's was a brilliant contrast to bhoomi today. bhoomi, who is fretting and fuming against eklavya, for not speeding up vengence against lakshya-kt. poor bhoomi, who does anything and everything for her family, and who doesn't see that eklavya's playing the game only for himself. i wonder how pleased she will be if tulsi-daadi is thrown out only to have kt replacing her as queen of shantiniketan as eklavya's wife...? hmmm.🤔
* sahil's steely-eyed determination in front of fuming tripti-the-hutt was sweet. basically, he doesn't give a damn for tripti.
also, his faith in his sons ability to support themselves was sweet. perhaps misguided - 'cause we really have to see what they make of themselves - 😆 but sweet nevertheless.
* lakshya stubbornly being on tulsi-daadi's side was sweet. 😊 i just wish he would be a little less mindful of kt, and a little more forceful with his opinions.
of course, his being so stubborn about siding with tulsi-daadi has got eklavya's attention on him with even more focus. a bachelor party? i think i spy, with my inner eye, a big-fat mess for lakshya to land in... 😳
* both tulsi-daadi and lakshya were being as forceful as they knew how with each other, and it came off as the sweetest confrontation between someone from the youngest and the older generation yet. lakshya wouldn't back down in the face of tulsi-daadi's pleas. in the end, tulsi-daadi couldn't hold back lakshya and she didn't even slap him in order to achieve it! 😆
eklavya is right -- tulsi-daadi has loved lakshya the best. and that still rankles?? hmm, first, we have karan-chachu who used to go against anyone and everyone - even his own father and mother! - to be on tulsi-d's side. now we have eklavya who will do anything to avenge himself on tulsi-daadi 'cause tulsi-daadi showed she loved lakshya more than eklavya?? hmmmmm ... are there any more ways in which this show can get weird...? 😆
so, did i miss out on anything else that was sweet? or is this already too much?? 😆
