lol...........actually in the process saving damini from falling off the stairs............ganga fell down and had a miscarriage n lost her own child n then they came to know that damini was gonna have twins.......so out of gratitude n coz they both were gr8 pals.,damini decided to give her older twin to ganga............and keeping her promise,when her twins were born,she gave the elder twin nakul to ganga n sahil........oh gawd!!!! nakul n mayank are supposed to be twins😕🤢.........nd ganga adopted nakul legally.............and she has brought up nakul since the time he was born,thats y she reacts when nakul says ma..........and lakshya is ganga-sahil's real kid.......lol.thank god for that.........he seems the only normally born kid😆....i hpe u got it..........its too confusing😆
