Rape is a big thing. Whether done knowingly or unknowingly he has ruined someone's life. When you see it from the prospective he cant be forgiven. But its not a mistake. Its a gunah. Im sorry but no crime is bigger then rape. Until and Unless Kt forgives him herself, he should be forgiven. No judge in the world has the right to decide this, other then kt. 😊

it is true that he is a little kid he dont understand the difference between anything but still a rape is a sin and mayank has does that sin it dont matter if it is by accident or by purpose a sin is a sin and it dont make a difference of who done it.
1 more thing i have just found out that tanya will be murdered and i think mayank will be the murderer because tanya will find out the truth that he is the one who raped kt and before she could tell anyone mayank kills him and i have a feeling that mayank is going to get better or he has got better and one by one he will everyone who finds out that he is the rapist and the first person to know after parwati,damini,manthan tanya will be the next one to find out and she will get killed before she could tell anyone and the blame will go on nandini.another thing it will be showed that it was a suicide or sumfng and people will think it is coz of nandini and karan

well i think he should not and will not get an exact punishment that a rapist should get, but yes, he should be sent to a facility, where this kind of this doesnt happen again... and damini should be a strong mother at this point, because she knows her son needs help... he is not a kid anymore after all these conversations and feelings he has about KT.....

Regarding if Mayank should be punished or not - Yes its true his mental condition is not good enough to understand what he did, but if he is left unchecked - then you never know who could be the next. So may be he should not be put in jail or so BUT definately instead of ignoring the fact that he did such a horrible thing due to his illness, some strong steps should be taken to make sure no other girl suffers.

Yes, ofcourse he should be punished. If he's excused because they believe that he's still a 12 year old in his mind, then what was he thinking when he was raping her? First of all, 12 years in this time know very well what rape is, especially with rape being such an enormous issue. And second if a 12 year old likes someone, they do not behave the way Mayank did. For him to force himself on KT and the fact that he even knew what to do when supposedly he's a 12 year old is wrong!

ok, yes he's a kid in a man's body, but seriously, but kid rapes a woman or even knows about sex? i don't know, it just doesn't make sense to me. but I do feel sympathy towards him and think he needs help.
