No he shouldn't be forgiven, he raped a young woman. Why should he be forgiven for inflicting pain and trauma onto someone else just because he has the mind of a child. It doesn't make a difference because even as a child you are punished when you do something wrong.

I agree with soha_foreva. He needs to be sent to a mental institution. He shouldn't be sent to jail, he is already mental ill and going to jail could ruin him forever 😕

thats exactly what i have been saying, in a mental hospital he wont be a threat to anyone and would get some help. thats what happens in real life cases like this.
