ok so can anyone tell me wt has happend to kyunki?

i didn't watched kyunki from along time because now i came china so it took me along time to settle there and i didn't read the updates of kyunki from along time. so can any1 help, i wanna ask how can bhoomi could be married to joydeep cauz she was going to marry abhir, cauz she was pregnenet of abhir's child rite? then how come she could be married to joydeep.and do bhoomi now knows that ansh is her father not karan? if she does than who told her that?and what happened to nandani ? i know that karan knows that shez married but after that did they showed any role of her?
