hey friends, i ve a doubt....karan doesn't like being with tanya.then why did he marry her?why does he dislike her?what happened to nandini at that time?plz clear my doubt

well nands was in comma nd tanya took gud care of bhoomi so da family made karan marry her but later on they fell in luv nd luved each other a lot but on their anniversary nands gets out of coomma nd since then everything is been like it is now! only cuz of nands 😡

then after she was out of coma,where did she go?i ve another doubt also. 😉 when i was going through some pics of lakshya,i saw him kissin kt on cheek.when did all this happen?i missed some episodes.help!!!!! 😭
