Course she will.. Rem wen Manthan was kidnapped by Meera or hu ever, Nandini was so worried. She considers Tanya her sis, n' her best frnd so durh... she will consider Manthan as her son. On de contrirary I thnk she myt be de 1 2 chng him.. u neva no...

I think she will accept him because she was stressed out when Manthan got kidnapped and she was in jail, so she does care for Tanya and her son😊
