vijay saxena is the lawyer who fought meera in the case of the death of savita tulsi's saas. he was the worst lawyer and karan was hopeless and chose him. tulsui won the case and vijay saxena gained status

Vijay was a drunkard. Karan went to the same pub to drink. There he met Vijay. Karan asked whether Vijay would fight the case of mercy killing for Tulsi. Vijay agreed. They became good friends. At court, Vijay won the case. Karan regarded him as a best friend. The second case that was filed against Tulsi was lost by Vijay because Meera had Manthan kidnapped. She threatened that she'd kill him if they won the case. Vijay, who had already lost his daughter couldn't bear to see Karan lose his new child. All in all, he's a funny person who is serious only when it comes to work.

Oh thanks for the answer.
I was going over some previous updates, before the leap and some how remember Vijay calling Meera sweetheart. I just thought Meera cheated him to be with Mihir and Vijay wanted to get revenge. (but I am sure that would be too too too filmy, but never filmy for Kekta)
