not by abusing others, like u did in a post yesterday. u have to be a calm and non judgemental person...who is not an obsessive fan of any person. and who does not abuse others.

Moderators are members who take care of the day-to-day activity of the Sections. They have the power to edit and delete posts, lock and unlock posts, move posts, trash posts etc, in the sections where they are promoted to Moderator Status. Moderators prevent people going off-topic or posting profanity and abusing words on the forum. The Moderators are usually chosen by the Global Moderators and members in the Admin Group. The Moderator is otherwise chosen on the basis of Quality of work for the forum, Nature of Posts in the forum and NOT based on Number of Posts

Ok cheers, can't be bothered becoming a moderator though, it's too much work, and you have to do this for free .... anyway, thanks for the explanation .... but the cool stuff is that you have so much power!! Take care ....

lols yaar yeh its a respoisbity but then again people i for onne would like to be in a forum and help develop it not just be here to see the videos and thats it i mean if u take something its gud to giev something back

As Deepthi (DeepAnBH) explained, candidates for the Dev Team are considered based on quality of posts, not quantity. And I don't believe it's about power or money, but more so deals with responsibility, patience, helpfulness, sincerity, dedication, and pinch of enjoyment of course.
