I don;t think so coz if you remember when Karan meets her in the office once he told her I have lot of questions about you and your past and where u have been. That means that he was clueless about her whereabouts. But it would be interesting to note how Ganga has made it so big in life.

Ya... may b today karan will ask ganga hw come sahil is working in her office n ganga will confide in karan... zen will get to knw zer reality... may b zey will both share zer pains... coz zey both share z relationship of pains... zey both lost zer persons zey love z most, Saahil n Nandini n also zer kids... karan has nat met his child wiz nandini n ganga cn't confess z truth wiz nakul n kisna...
