KARAN CAN'T DIE. 😭 😭 THAN WHT WILL HAPPEN TO OUR NANDINI AND TANYA? 😭 HE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER HOW CAN HE DIE? I THINK THE NEW ENTRY WILL BE COME AND SAVE KARAN.

What are your views on the death penalty in general? Justified or not? Why?

i dun think that for a murder or any crime that a death penalty shud be used...its like the law is god and deciding hoo lives and hoo doesnt...it shudnt be used at all like here in canada!

2. Given Karan is a prime character in Kyunki, and there is no intention of him leaving the show, many of us figure Karan will be saved in some way. Can you guess how Karan will be saved and by whom? Any other thoughts on Karan's case are welcomed.... (By the way, if you think that Karan won't be saved please feel free to post your reason on why you think he won't be)

i think nandini & meera will save karan and find out hoo actually did it... i haf no idea hoo did...every1 id a suspect but u neva noe ekta's directions...hopefully they'll find out the murder soon and inform the court immeditly

I don't think NAndini is themurderer.Remember,initially she had also suspected KAran of killing Gujral.
Secondly, she would have admitted by now that she had killed, seeing Karan's state.

I think that Karan knows who is the murderer and is trying to shield him. I think the real murderer is going to own up soon, and I think it will be HArsh, becos in that way Mohiini will also no longer have a place in Shantiniketan

My viewz on the death penalty, I have not read any of the replies, so Im sorry if I have copied anyones viewz. I think the death penalty is just BOGUS! Who gets a death penalty for 1 murder! (I dont think that Karan killed Gujral). Even if he did, he shouldnt get a death penalty. Tulsi killed Ansh too, and there was a witness there too, to say that Tulsi killed Ansh, but she only got 3 years in jail. This time theu dont even know, if Karan was the ACTUAL killer, and hes getting a death penalty?😕 Thats just weird and bogus.

I think Karan will be saved! I dont think Ekta, will let him die, like Mihir, when he died, he came back, cuz Ekta knew that the viewers would stop watching the show, cuz 10% of the viewers watch it for Tulsi and Mihir (thats just a guess). So I dont think he will die, somehow he will be saved. To tell you the truth, I dont know how he will be saved, maybe by Mandira?😕😆.

Anyways, those are my viewz.

I would here, like to talk about the murder and who might have done it..I had written about this in another thread too, but will like to post it here, as it is the Topic of Discussion...

I really feel it is Mandira who has planned Gujral's death from behind the bars. The secretary(that bald man) with Gujral actually works for Mandira. Mandira's plan was to get the tape in which Gautam talked to a contract killer to kill Gujral from Gujral(As you know, Gujral had recorded this convo to put Gautam behind bars). She got this tape as the secretary of Gujral works for her. Her plan was to get Gujral killed, sentence Gautam for this...She wanted Gujral out of her life, thought his property will go to her.

Mandira planned this killing. All went fine. But before, she could try to trap Gautam by somehow sending that cassette to the police, the police arrested Karan and got some proof against him.

Now that, Karan is sentenced to death, Mandira will know about this. Just bcos it is Karan , her son, who is sentenced, she will come and plead to Karan that she knows he has not done it, so he needs to fight. (they showed a glimpse of this last week). Karan , who thinks a lot about his family and family pride, will never say that he has not murdered Gujral. This will put Mandira in a dilemma. I think she will be forced to save her son. She will have no other go, bcos if she keeps quiet, it will mean that she , being Karan's mom, will be responsible for his death. Ultimately, she will open out that it was she, who had gujral killed, and that Karan is innocent....

So what say friends?? Comments on this needed...

1. First my views on the death penalty... I am personally against it.. I think it is more of a punishment for the guilty if they sit through jail repenting on their sins... killing the criminals would be doing them a favor. At the same time, like in Karan's case, it may turn out that the accused is in fact not guilty... if a person is immediately sentenced to death, there is no chance to prove that... and an innocent person dies. This happen a lot across the world and I think it's absolutely wrong.. with tight securiy a real criminal can be kept in place to suffer and if by chance they aren't a criminal, they can be freed as soon as more evidence is presented.

2. My thoughts on what will happen to Karan. At first I thought Harsh had some connection or at least knew about the murder just because he seemed to know what was going on from his hospital bed and seemed very distraught over the murder.

However, after reading Sree di's opinion I find it far more plausible and really makes so much sense. An article was posted some time back that Achint Kaur aka Mandira was leaving Kyunki for good.. it made no sense to me how Ekta would choose to give her a 7 year sentence.. it would make more sense to say life imprisonment if she was going to leave... Now it makes sense. See... like Sree di said Mandira probably planned against Gujral becuase he got out of jail and she didn't... she isn't one to just take someone else's word so easily when Gujral says he will destroy Viranis... Mandira is more of a person who'd do it herself. But now that Karan is accused, and Mandira will do anything for Karan, she'll probably admit her crime, get her sentence, and cause her to be out of the serial as she had said was going to happen.

There is no way that Ekta would ever get rid of Karan. I remember in an interview, she said he was her fav. They might work it into the plot for the jump. His death penalty could get reduced and he will serve time in jail. That is what she did with Tulsi.

In Indian Penal Code nobody gets death sentenced. Another thing is no cases gets immediate results. it takes more than 10 years for the decision. Uptill now Ekta was behind India Women -, showed bad character, 2-3 marriages, extra maritial affiars and now I guess she wants to take Indian penal Code in her hands. Actually speaking she is the one who should get this sentence for not respecting Indian High Court and The Constitution.
