i know why people think that karan smokes because in his throat he has that thing poking out and people who have that are people who smoke, but i know that karan doesn't smoke.

He doesn'y seem like the type to be a smoker or drinker!!!! But who knows? Tt's never written on someone's face if they are drinkers or smokers!!!!! But I don't think he does!!!!!!!!
