Story so far

Bhoomi hate Karan as not real dad. Karan gives her money she misbehaves with him Nandini rebukes her. Gunjan is 8 year old kid of Karan and Nnadini. Mihir and Karan love her very much and she makes them both dance to her tunes. Manthan comes to india after Tanya death few years later after completing his MBA in USA in secret. Manthan wants revenge on Karan and Nandini for betraying his mom Tanya and leaving him and his mom alone abroad. Karan has not seen Mantahn for several years as Tanya kept him away from Manthan in grudge that he loved nandini. Manthan targets his step sister Gunjan. Arjun Singhania saves Gunjan life.

Arjun(parth) was brought up by Mandira cousin Durga and her hubby Rudra as own son in USA. Arjun finished his BE in USA and come india to visit his family. Gunjan gets close to Arjun after he save her life twice. Vikram does hit and run case and Arjun takes blame and gets arrested and tortured by police. Arjun(Parth) saves Karan from murder attempt and gets injured. RPS Arjun dad(who adoped him brought him up) is arrested for smuggling and illegal activity in business by ACP Rajveer who is Priyankas uncle. Rajveer Ahluwaliah dad Karta Ahluwaliah and his family have long standing decades of enmity with RPS. Can Arjun(parth) get his dad released?

Arjun: It proves you put false case on RPS and Rohit Singahnia to take personal revenge thats all ACP Rajveer

PP: Nonsense, Your honour this Arjun Singhania is a very manipulative and crooked person. He knows very well how to twist facts to his and his family advantage

Arjun: Yourhonour, did you feel from the evidence so far that i have manipulated facts andtold in court. I have not told anything. It is witnesses and evidence which isstating what i told. Arjun: Rajveer andhis police misbehaved so badly while arresting RPS and Rohit that RPS daughter Sonali again went into severe shock. Doctor said she may never recover from the trauma. Who will give back RPS his daughter, me, Rohit and Vikram their sister back the way she was bubbly and cheerful. I, I lost my only friend and counsel the one person i loved so dearly. Part170 Arjun prove false case on RPS

Arjun chokes againand goes and drinks water kept on table to compose himself before continuing. VikramandRohit also start remembering their sister and feel sad.

The entire courthall stunned and even judge feeling sympathy for Singhania’s now.

Arjun calls driverof truck and they say they do not know who RPS is too

Arjun continues:Reputed my Lord, do not tie a 18 year old kid in police station and give himelectric shocks till he faints and keep repeating it for 2 days though that boypleads innocence. Reputed people do not remove grudge against one family memberon other family members. My brother Rohit cannot sleep properly in night andgets up feeling scared. Arjun has tearsclouding in his eyes and rage in his face when he says that and looks atRajveer.

The people incourt start looking at Rajveer and commissioner and start whispering amongthemselves

Arjun continues: Rohitcannot walk out of house without people staring at him, treating him badly andmisbehaving with him. He has been socially boycotted at college, by friends,teachers, classmates and neighbors because he was arrested and this newspublished in all papers. Who will give him back the respect that was tarnished?My father was innocent but spent 8 weeks in jail and was forced to sign falsestatement by these reputed people. Where is justice for common man your honour.

The court isstunned and pin drop silence for 1 minute and the entire court is on its feetwith defeaning appaulse at his argument.Arjun looks at RPS who for the first time in life is looking on with pride onhis face.

Arjun: I rest mycase here. You please decide whether after hearing all my witness and evidenceif really there is any case against my family

Judge: Afterlistening to Arjun Singhania’s argument and evidence i release RPS and Rohithonorably. Court dismissed. If you have beetter eveidence get it to court ACP

Court erupts in thunderous applause at the verdict.

Arjun iscongratulated by all lawyers. Arjun goes and hugs Rohit. Vikramgoes and hugsRPS. RPS walks to where Arjun is and puts hand on his shoulder. Arjun turns andRPS embraces him and says “Thank you so much, Arjun, Thank you so very much. Ido not have words enough to thank you” and both embrace. Arjun says “welcomedad”.

Vikramsays “WaahArjun. Today you just floored Alhuwaliah’s with your brilliant words, isn’t itdad”.

RPS says “Yes, Vikram.It was worth seeing their face, You will make a great lawyer if you were not inbusiness Arjun. You must have done LLB instead of BE in US”. All go out withArjun being congratulated by many commoners on the way out.

Outside courtroompress is giving live news “Today was brilliant day in court history. The entireworld felt RPS and Rohit will be jailed but Arjun Singhania stole the show. RPSlawyer had accepted defeat and did not know how to defend his client. Arjunbrought perfect evidence to prove that RPS and Rohit were innocent and also hisarguments were so brilliant in court that the court errupted in appaulse nowand then. If arjun was not a business tycoon son he would have made a brilliantlawyer”. “One minute Arjun Singhania is coming out, lets go and ask himsomething about the case” and reporters run towards Arjun, RPS and family.

Pressreporter(PR): “Mr. Arjun Singhania, congrats on a brilliant case win”

PR: How did youget and collect so much evidence at such short notice
