There one subject was taught to us...social studies...it was subdivided into four main sub-groups namely history, geography, civics and economics in some boards.

In that the subject Civics or political science whatever u want to call it, usmein ek chapter tha when I was in maybe class 7 or 6 namely 'The Constitution of India and Rights of an Indian Citizen'

Now either u all were sleeping during that time or bunking classes. Coz this question that has been asked in such a bashing manner that too, iska jawab my 12 YEAR OLD cousin can give. And in today's terms iss sawaal ka category 'common sense' mein aata hai.

What the? 🤣

I'm hurt - I slept hard in every social studies class 🤣

According to constitution amla can fight for herself but still the main concept of show i was waiting for is looking unrealistic to me...It is not the way i was expecting...i wanted to c one lawyer fighting for amla not amla herself in court ...If the show is on rape victim than they hv to show how the lawyers tackled their case..which is the reality of every rape victim bt i dont y every cvs want woman to b super woman ...

There are many rape cases where the lawyer backs off from supporting their clients (rape survivours). They are trying to boost up woman to fightback even when no one is there to support them. It's a social message.

Honestly i had great expectations from the show, but i got disappointed big time. It began good but later on they started dragging and dragging and then suddenly they have to rush it coz the show is being axed! And now too they are dragging it, fatu ka drama. And before anyone says ki stop watching, toh i already wasn't watching the show, was just curious how they will end it 😆

Section 32 in THE ADVOCATES ACT, 1961.

Power of Court to permit appearances in particular cases.Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, any court, authority, or person may permit any person, not enrolled as an advocate under this Act, to appear before it or him in any particular case.

I hope that was informative. Your Welcome

Hey it's not bad but still 10 times better than many shows. That's why I am still watching it. I think the makers themselves are hurt and broken so they don't even know what they are showing. But still it's good except for Amala fighting her own case. If Amala fights her own case then how different will it be from other shows where the heroine of some other important character ends up as the lawyer?

The reason why people hire lawyers is that they are TRAINED to handle questions, cross questions, create situations, analyze every angle, BESIDES knowing the law A to Z and section by section. And when someone as such as a lawyer, who is so well versed with the law, cant be fooled easily, hence giving the client of the lawyer an upper hand to win the case.

That does not mean, if you are not a lawyer, you cant fight your own case. Lawyer charges fees. DrunkenMonk already charges 10 rupees per hour. 🤣
ok jokes apart. yeah in a country like india majority of the poppulation cant even afford lawyers. so there u go.

Your welcome again.
